Put in a dirty room without running water - suspect it was due to service animal. Not animal compliant.

Fact we couldn’t shower and disabled & stuck on highest floor in the furthest room with no water stated how they felt.

The property was dirty,had roaches, towels were old and dirty looking, homeless people hanging around

not up to Wyndham standards. smelly, noises all hours.

I'm not sure, but I think this might be a homeless shelter. Person with pajama bottoms and bare feet digging through the breakfast food. Suspect people loitering all over the parking lot all times of day and night. Person "sleeping" in his wheelchair in the middle of the parking lot. Noise all night long in our hallway. Blood on our bedding. It looked like someone put their fist through our bathroom door. The entire hotel smelled of smoke. We refused to eat breakfast, and I felt like I won the lottery if there was coffee in the pot. And they were out of clean towels.We tried to cancel, but they said there were no refunds. Contacted Booking.com, and they said they couldn't help us. I'm surprised the health department hasn't closed this place down. In all my years, I have never stayed in a hotel this bad!

needs better maintenance and clean crew need to actually sweep vacuum and wipe real good not just partial. The room was decent until you start paying attention to detail and find out debri here and there and you realize it just clean to make it look clean. The smell of weed was really strong and I believe was coming for the room right next to us which had the tv volume really loud at 2:30 am when we came back from a friends reunión wanting to have a great stay in a comfortable and clean room, but that didn’t happen thanks to our neighbors next door and their weed party; administration should have tell them to cut their noise and respect the other hotel guests and they would have find out the weed party they had; bed was comfortable and clean except a couple noticeable stains on the sheets that make you doubt , then in the morning I notice the sink was a little dirty as well as the the shower tub and the toilet as well as debri in the bathroom floor; I guess next time I will invest 30 dlls more for a better Hotel; I guess I got what a pay for😬
