I reserve a non-smoking room because we had an infant with us and the room smelt alot like cigarettes and all of the 3 rooms were like that.

Location: I didn't see any roaches, mice, or bedbugs the microwave and the refrigerator worked

You get what you pay for is an under statement. The owner of this place should be a shame to have an establishment this run down and still have people coming here. When I stepped in the elevator, I knew I had made a mistake. The curtains the chair have holes the bathtub looks so bad I didn't dare use it. Big cracks in the door holes in the wall in the bathroom the towels looked like it never seen bleach. Outlets looked so bad I was scared to plug in my charger.The room has a smell. I was on the 2nd floor every time I walked to the bathroom, I thought I was going to end up on the 1st floor. Small 32 inch TV on the wallI. I sprayed so much lysol on everything, I think some still in my nose. I would not stay there again even if it was free.

I didn’t like anything bout it there where roach everywhere in one room a few in the other one we got moved to and we left and check out early

Nasty and the office person told us we brought roaches after calling to get a different room! Rooms stink just nasty all th way around and office guy was not very pleasant and seem like we where bothering him from looking at the Camaras like a creepy person

No air conditioning, main older gentleman staff was rude! And bad customer service!

I didnt go because i saw that the hotel has roaches and ut loomed really bad i called days before i travelled to cancel but you guys refused to refund me you guys are terrible how you guys put such a bad hotel on your website and you refuse to refund people
