Staff was SUPER friendly on check in. The facility was immaculate and the room was VERY spacious! Loved it and will definitely stay again! :)

The beds were comfortable.

The carpet was full of dog hair and there was dog poop near the stairs that never got cleaned. The second floor was so hot. The shower curtain was disgusting. It touched the shower floor with orange mold at the base. I’ve stayed here many times and never had issues. This is the first time I’ve encountered cleanly issues.

No cats and Dogs in the lobby. Especially while eating.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, the rooms were clean, the pool was nice, & the staff was friendly.

I did not like our room toilet, it was very low to the ground and not too easy to get off of with bad knees. I've never seen a toilet so low lol The complimentary breakfast is cereal, I guess I just expected more than cereal but it was ok. Also they should mention that they have A LOT of pets (dogs & cats) that live there, my wife is allergic to cats and they roam freely. Thankfully it didn't affect our 3 night stay. That's the only reason for 9 stars instead of 10. Otherwise the place is great!
