Could have been issued my deposit back as I didn't leave the room in a manner that would've not warranted A deposit return.

The parking was a negative. I kept getting an error when trying to park.. my car was “not on the loop”?!?! I complained 4 times… The breakfast is subpar as well. Coffee was watery

Parking was complicated and you have to cross the street.

Location was ok. Breakfast did not have many choices. Eggs were sloppy and runny. Bananas were raw..

I went to dinner which was pricey and not great. If I wanted a bottle of water, I had to pay $2 unless I was an elite member. Also, it was inconvenient to carry luggage to a parking garage which the hotel charged $20 a day! I did not receive a member discount thru booking.com

They had a good variety of food for breakfast. The staff was on point and welcoming from beginning to end.

Everything was good. The food could have had a little more flavor but the variety was good.

The staff for breakfast were super friendly, the breakfast that was included with the stay had a great variety, and the staff kept the space clean despite how busy they were. The room was clean and the dog walking area was a huge bonus. The indoor pool was also great. The gentleman who worked in the lobby was very accommodating and helped us get our luggage loaded in our car while making sure folks were getting in and out since it was so busy.

We updated our reservation to add a day and the hotel staff states the didn't know but they were told by booking.com while I waited on the phone and I called to confirm after receiving and emailed confirmation from booking.com. The woman at the front desk acted like she couldn't meet the extra day even though we were standing there with nowhere to go. After being a little upset with her she was able to find a room to accommodate our family. Other than this issue the stay was great.

Beautiful hotel! The staff was phenomenal! Greeted you upon arrival and was very attentive if a problem occurred.

The good part was the staff. Always smiling. Room were good enough or neat.

The water smells HORRIBLE. Not sure if that’s chlorine. It was almost nasty as a stale food left in water (yup I know that weird smell). The included buffet. A BIG NO! I understand this has been given to the restaurant under their building. BUT, the past reviews does not work at all with my experience on November 20-22nd, 2023! Rude staff, is you ask a question or say I will help myself. They literally say “YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT”. I was shook. Why am I not allowed? Who are you to tell me? Lol. Parking, it is unbelievable that for parking you got to pay and as well park a block away from the hotel. Overall I believe they do not really care for ppl who come off season and it was a mess. The reviews were so good but I wouldn’t recommend this place for the money I have paid. No luxury at all. I am sure you have much more better ones for less price.

Ac didn't work the first night, informed mgmt maintenance came to fix it but, staff didn’t acknowledge my inconvenience I experienced .

Wasn’t pleased with how expensive it was. Our patio door was broken. Parking was off property, not included in stay so an extra $140 for 3 days. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The eggs were sitting in the water, and they were cold. Everything really wasn’t very warm. 

Breakfast was very good - variety of hot items and well stocked. The staff kept everything fresh and were very pleasant.

Room was on a "dog floor" and had a couple small stains on the sofa and the sheets.

Location was super convenient! Loved the kitchenette and sofa bed in our room.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast but would have liked to have more to go items such as pastries and fruit cups.

Position, overall cleaness, and the staff. Breakfast was a plus as well.

I was not aware, till after payment that there will be a $20 per dat parking fee. I wish I knew that upfront. Your price SHOULD reflect all layers of payments. I've would end up paying anyway, but the way it came it looked sneaky.
