Room was clean and bright with a nice view. Every staff person was super helpful and friendly, A+ staff. Corrine Restaurant had great food. Lobby was pleasant. I never heard anything from the rooms around me, nice and quiet.

Restaurant was hard to get on the phone to order dinner. No fridge.

Location- within walking distance of so many things

The room was very small . There is no mini fridge or ice bucket in the rooms. We called for ice and it was brought up in a bag, when we asked for an ice bucket , we instructed to use an empty trash can. The policy for the overnight valet needs to be the first thing you see when looking at policy and terms and NOT on the last paragraph. The valet should also probably mention the price of overnight valet when asking customers if they want to overnight valet . I will admit that I did not read the policy and terms line for line , just glanced at it. When I saw the cost of overnight valet to be $57 I found it to be jarring, especially when there is a parking lot right next door that only charges $20

the staff was friendly.

we paid extra to have a corner room with the city view, thinking that it would be overlooking the city, but we were completely and totally wrong. They put us on the seventh floor and it didn’t overlook the city view like the picture showed. our view was that of a car garage. no city skyline like they advertised for that room. I felt for the price that we paid it should of been better. we will not be returning.

Room was very small, smaller than what I was expecting based off photos. There is no separation/door to the bathroom, it’s right as you walk in the front door, and pretty much part of the hotel room, very little privacy due to no door. No room to hang up wet towels.

Location was great and the hotel/rooms were very clean and modern. Valet parking was exceptional and worth the peace of mind. The lobby area is a great vibe and has a nice bar with pool table. Rooftop bar is trendy but usually packed. Staff was very helpful and super friendly.

I got the corner suite at the top floor. it was smaller than anticipated and didn’t come with some of the amenities I would have expected. No mini fridge or microwave. Limited storage for clothes. A bed and a chair were the only furniture in the room. I didn’t get the chance to drink at the rooftop bar despite my room being right next door as it is open to the public and is apparently pretty popular.

No complains

Overall this is a lovely hotel - great location, friendly & helpful staff, modern, clean, comfortable bed, good sized room. Complementary morning coffee in reception is a nice touch as you head out for the day. We ordered room service one night and it was delicious and a reasonable price.

I haven't scored negatively for this as it's a preference thing, but I have to mention it - the bathroom set up is very strange (imo). There is a toilet cubicle with a sliding glass door, a separate shower cubicle (where you step out of the shower directly into the bedroom), and then the sink is just in the bedroom. So there is virtually no privacy, and it's also hard not to wake each other up if you get up in the night. Just don't understand it as there is plenty of space for a nice bathroom. It looks great, but is impractical really.
