The family room area by the kitchen was great! Everything was clean and ready for us.

We had a huge problem with heating/cooling on both levels. There has to be something wrong with the furnace/AC. When we wanted it cooler upstairs it seemed to get hotter. When we wanted it warmer downstairs it blew cold air. I called the problem in and did get a quick response, which I really appreciated, however, we continued to struggle. In the morning, the upstairs was 80 and the downstairs was 66. It moved up to 67 after an hour, even with moving the thermostat to HOLD and 75 degrees. This made for an uncomfortable evening and morning. The fan blew constantly.
