Loved the property itself.. perfect spot from anywhere we wanted to go. We would have liked the pool to be open later than dusk as we would have liked to swim after dinner. Also the unit didn’t have enough utensils…other than that everything was great!!! We will be back!

The condo was very clean. It was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The views from the balcony of the bay and gulf were wonderful. The dolphin shows in the bay were spectacular!

The condo is nice & very spacious. I really liked the size of the rooms. It is comfortable & nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. I loved sitting on the balcony every day watching the dolphins play. The condo is conveniently located to everything. We rarely had to use the car because we were able to walk everywhere. The only downside I saw was the pool area. It is very small & it was shaded a good bit of the day while we were there. It is heated though, so that’s a plus. We enjoyed our stay & have nothing but good things to say about it. First trip to Clearwater was great!

great location and lots of space
This was a great location for walking to the beach and many restaurants and activities. We really appreciated having a high chair, pack & play, and beach toys and umbrella! The only thing is that we could have used more dishes in the kitchen for the nights we wanted to cook.

Good clean and beautiful condo. But my recommendation is that one of you better text or email us instead of calling becuz we are Deaf. Example: any problems, use to email or text you. This is message to let note you. Next time we will go there again 😊

We mostly went out of the condo. There were TV and Internet connection issues. When we had a relaxing night - my boys we’re getting frustrated. We had a friend who also staying the place. They went over to their place and use internet connection. Overall, we like it Thank you !!!

Great place, plenty of room
Our family enjoyed our time at the Harborview Grande. It’s right on he harbor, so we could see dolphins from the balcony sometimes in the morning. We liked having the corner condo. Comfortable beds and soft sheets. I would recommend to the owner to get Corelle plates/mugs— something that can be microwaved. Otherwise, kitchen was well-stocked.
It is a bit of a walk to get to the beach or most of the restaurants and shops. We were surprised at how busy the traffic was, especially on the weekends. The location at South Clearwater was nice, away from the crowds. We actually preferred to drive across the bridge to Sand Key and pay $5 for the beach there. It was much less crowded and still had bathrooms. We ate at many of the seafood restaurants on Clearwater Beach, and they were all delicious. We also walked to a nearby Italian place called Gondolier that had great pizza and
stromboli.
Some friends came and visited, and there was lots of space to entertain. Our family really had a great time!

Wonderful property
The condo was wonderful. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The view was beautiful...we watched the sun come up every morning over the bay!! The main strip of Clearwater beach is walkable but we opted to drive a two minute drive to sand key park for a much bigger, less crowded, family friendly part of the beach for our days we spent at the beach. $5 to park but well worth it!!! Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Clearwater.

Great Girls’ Getaway!
What a great week for 3 women who needed some R&R! Beautiful property and great location. Would stay there again! Loved watching the dolphins from the balcony and from the pool area. 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance or via the Jolly Trolley. Can’t wait to visit again!

Very spacious, clean and nice condo
The condo was very spacious, could easily sleep and enough eating space for 10 people. It was decorated nicely and clean. The balcony is very large and has a beautiful view of the marina/intercoastal waterway. The kitchen is large and lovely but noted that cooking for a large group could be difficult if you plan to cook as there are limited medium/small pots and pans, no large pots/pans for cooking for a large group. Spices provided consisted of salt and pepper. No coffee filters, needed to buy some and left them behind for others to use in the future. The building is well maintained and a great location very close to Clearwater Beach (5 minute walk) and to multiple restaurants. The pool is moderate size, clean, and the jacuzzi at the pool appreciated. However, this time of year the pool only received about 1 hr of sun in the later afternoon due to the way the pool is situated. If you like to sunbathe around the pool in December, this is something to note. The pool also closes at dusk, would have liked to enjoy the Jacuzzi in the evening, but this is not the condo's fault, as it is the building rules. I would recommend this condo and we enjoyed our stay, just some limitations with kitchen supplies if planning to cook for a larger group. The people that we worked with for the rental provided good customer service and had no issues.

Unit was clean and view from balcony was great. We had an end unit which was nice and quiet. Saw dolphin and stingray from 6th floor balcony. Close to shopping and beach.

Great stay and great location
We had a good time very close to everything. Nice large rooms and comfortable. The condo had had everything we needed. If I had to complain about anything the bedroom the were small and the complex pool hours are ridiculous. Overall very nice. We would stay again and we saw Dolphins off our patio
