Dusche defekt, Zimmer kalt. Wurde durch die sehr freundliche Rezeption sofort getauscht. Tiefgarage ok.

Keine Restaurants in der Nähe. Haben uns Pizza ins Hotel kommen lassen.

Very modern, clean, spacious,…. There is a pizzeria downstairs with delicious food. You can also park right away under the hotel, it is included in the price. Breakfast was also very good!

If I really need to say something, one light was broken in the room, next to the shower. There were enough other lights to compensate, so it was no big deal.

Room size, but we paid for bigger room.

To be honest, we were dissapointed with too many small items. For example too dirty windows from outside, closed bar or restaurant whole evening. Strange unpractical setup of barhroom, missing tissues and ... and ... .

Fresh fruit varieties were less..more canned fruits were given..and also coffee machine coffee was not hot Could improve on these !!!

Breakfast was very good; the room was very good, and the bed comfortable.

Ultra modern hotel located a few kms from the historic center of Padua. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast fantastic

The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Free parking is an advantage. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food. Personel at the reception was kind and helpful.

The carpet needed a deep cleaning and eventhough we did not want to have a room service our room was serviced

Everything was on point mostly cleanliness 👌 we had amazing time we will come back .

Business hotel in a quite area

Facilities are just acceptable. There was a bad odour all around the room and breakfast below a 4-stars standard

Very pleasant stay. The room was big, comfortable and silent.

Maybe the area because if you wanted to take the bus for the city center there weren’t ticket offices around.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The room darkening blinds were wonderful!

The staff was not friendly or overly helpful. We seemed to be an annoyance when we would ask questions. The server in the restaurant was rude and didn’t ask us if we wanted any drinks. She didn’t bring out the full meals for our group and when we told her she didn’t apologize

Old hotel.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The hotel provided car parking free.

The location was great, convenient parking as well.

Breakfast was mediocre. The restaurant staff for dinner however was exceptionally rude. Service was horrible and although Best Western is a US based chain, surprisingly the staff in the restaurant refuses to speak English. The hotel rooms on some floors are renovated and on others are old and dirty (we had 3 rooms on different floors). The faucet was leaking, room was dirty and smelly, the carpet had staines… I’d stay away from this place in the future.
