The overall experience was exceptional we went for a weekend to relax and that's exactly what we did. The owners were lovely it definitely is a place that feels like home. We will definitely be returning again soon. We didn't have breakfast as we love a full English and only offered a continental breakfast which wasn't for us but we found a cafe nearby which was reasonable.

There isn't anything that we could fault with this place. The entire weekend from the room to the people who own it all, I can say, " You have a lovely place and are lovely people, and we will be back soon.

Lady owner needs to take criticism of cleaning of room from guests without being aggressive and asking guest if they want to leave

Stunning views from all windows. The windows are large and the apartment is very bright. Scrupulously clean and incredibly comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed ever! Paul and Christine (owners) are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The loveliest guest house! I will definitely stay here again!

Parking is not available apart from a drive which is available for loading. Upon departure a Mercedes was blocking the drive so we couldn't load up easily.

perfect location, lovely aera. Paul and Christine are the most wonderful host and hostess in the world, very nice and helpful. The rooms are stylish and well-equipped.

The nice couple who own the large house were both very welcoming & genuine, friendly & helpful. They kindly keep my luggage safe while I went out, after check out time. The room had everything I needed, it was clean & quiet. They have nice relaxing music playing in the background in the reception area. It's just around the corner from the train station & shops. About halfway from either shore in Llandudno.

I was in a good sized single room, on the first floor (no lift). The only issue was the ensuite bathroom was very compact. I'm not tall or big build but there wasn't much elbow room. The bathroom door didn't open back fully, as it stopped against the end of the bed. I could get in & out though. It's manageable.

The owners were lovely people .The rooms were very clean .Breakfast was excellent good quality food.Short walk to cafes pubs and the beach.View of the great Orme from our room.

Only a small thing, the bathroom was really cold and didn't seem to warm up during our stay
