Gone Beaching 202 Condo in the Heart of Everything
Allé échouer ... Au coeur de tout Condo au deuxième étage situé à un pâté de maisons de la plage, des magasins, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne. A deux chambres, la chambre principale a un lit king size, et la chambre a un lit queen et un lit jumeau. Le salon a un canapé-lit, une causeuse et une chaise. Il y a une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche et lavabo, ainsi qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur, four à micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Ce condo propose une programmation WIFI et télévision par câble dans chaque chambre. En outre, le complexe de loisirs de Clearwater Beach est à la fin du bloc. De mars à octobre, l’impressionnant centre aquatique familial est ouvert avec son aire de jeux aquatique. Le complexe de loisirs est ouvert toute l'année. Le complexe dispose d'un centre de remise en forme, de trois courts de tennis éclairés, d'un terrain de basket-ball / pickleball éclairé et de nombreux autres équipements moyennant un petit droit d'entrée quotidien. Le condo au 2ème étage est accessible uniquement par des escaliers. Pas d'ascenseur. Location minimum de 5 nuits sauf pour les dates indiquées ci-dessous: 7 nuits de location minimum pour les semaines de Noël, Nouvel An, Pâques et Thanksgiving. Samedi à samedi. 7 nuits minimum de location du 17 février 2018 au 13 avril 2018 du samedi au samedi. WIFI Règles de la maison et exigences particulières: Vous devez avoir au moins 25 ans pour réserver une de nos maisons. La personne réservant le condo doit également être l'un des occupants. Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Pas de fêtes. Pas de remorques. Check-in est après 16 heures Check-out est avant 10 heures

We had such an amazing time in Clearwater Beach. The place was just perfect for our family. We had to call the rental company a few days into our stay but they called us back right away and brought what we needed.

Clean property and good location. Oven did not work, a pool would be only thing I would have liked to see. It was 109 heat index and air conditioning worked amazingly well

Awesome location, in walking distance of everything you would need/ want. My only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom and the pullout mattress could use replacing. Not the comfiest beds. The mattress on the queen in the second bedroom is very comfy. All around great place to stay and enjoy the area! Will definitely come back!

We enjoyed the location of this place - nice and close to the beach and downtown shops/restaurants, and having access to the pool at the rec center was nice. Some fresh paint on the walls and some updates in the kitchen would improve the space. Great place to stay!

The playground across the street and the beach 2 blocks away make this a great location for families with younger children. The rec center with a pool and water slides is also 2 blocks away and very affordable ($10 for a family of 4). We found dealing with sand in the apartment a bit challenging, but sweeping every night helped -- a mat at the front door to catch sand before it was tracked in would have helped as well. The property managers were very responsive, delivering beach towels just a few hours after we asked.

The condo was cute. We really liked the location. Our two grandchildren were with us so we loved that we were close to the park. We loved that we were so close to the beach. Close enough to walk home for naps/lunch, etc. We were happy with our stay!

We enjoyed the ease of going to and from the rental. We were told all the pertaining information we needed. The property really needed some updates. Little things such as calking and paint. It would really spruce it up.

Pros: close to public beach access (Lifeguard Tower 7), public park across the street with playground, powerful AC unit in condo
Cons: minor thing but our shower curtain liner was a bit short so if we weren’t careful we could “flood” the bathroom floor, more outlets/power strips/USB ports on both sides of the beds would be appreciated

For the price and your on vacation so you shouldn’t be only sleeping in this condo. If you plan on cooking I don’t think this is the place. I gave it three stars and would rent again. Kitchen are needs help.

All in all a pleasant experience. Some minor housekeeping issues: greasy pot, greasy burners, cable remote not paired with TV remote, channel line-up from 2013!!, incorrect WIFI password.

Close to the beach
This Property was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach through a little park. Its an older property but everything was clean and worked with the exception of the bath drain stop, so our little ones couldn't really take bath and had to take showers.That wasn't really a big deal for us. The air conditioner worked well.
I would go back to this property. Its close to everything and the beds are comfortable, the wi-fi is good. Plenty of towels Etc.The washing machine downstairs only takes quarters.(2 $ per wash 2$ per dry) so bring some with you.One suggestion I have is to add a little vacuum so that people with longer stays can vacuum up any sand on the ground.

A nice property in Clearwater beach
The propertybis very clean and well equipped. Plenty of pots, dishes, and beach items. Walking distance to beach, pier 60 and restaurants. Property management company is really nice and responsive. Staff is very helpful. There is a small park with playground across the street from the condo. Just be aware that it's a two story condo apartment very close to the beach. So there is no swimming pool. So hanging out at the beach and walking around are the primary attractions.

Great condo and location
No view and it is a center condo but the process and location were great. Included parking and we could walk everywhere. The beach toys and chairs for us to use were appreciated! Clean and nice beds. Also quiet as we never heard any neighbors. Water pressure for nice hot shower was great. We would rent again.

Condo was nice. The area was excellent.
The website stated that a pool was very close buy and gave the impression that it was part of the package, however it wasn't close enough buy to see your family from condo. It also came with very limited hours and had a fee! In order to stay here for 5 days with 5 people the towels had to be washed and it was impossible to find quarters! There needs to be a change machine on site.. Some upgrades are needed but overall a great experience.

We enjoyed are stay and loved it. First time being to clear water. Shops, restaurants, and the beach were all in walking distance. We loved are place. The only thing I would suggest is to have them mop real good after each stay. Other it was awesome

Very convenient to beach
The unit is very conveniently located a couple of blocks from the beach. It was well furnished with linens and dishes. Gigi also is very responsive and helped us locate the unmarked, not so obvious laundry room. There were tenants in a unit downstairs that had been drying their towels in the parking lot because they couldn't find the laundry room. Gigi was so nice to provide beach chairs, a small cooler and some beach toys that we and our kids enjoyed so much. The beds are a bit uncomfortable which wasn't a problem the first couple of nights but eventually kept us up at nights. All in all it is a heck of a deal for the location and responsiveness of the owner and with a little investment in better mattresses would make this a great find.

Absolutely gorgeous
Close to the beach,shopping and dinning everything you need is provided. Including beach chairs down to toys for the kids. The beds were so comfortable. The screened in porch was my favorite at night.

Great Rental!
I stayed at this unit with 3 kids and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I really appreciated all of the little things that were provided, such as beach towels, toys, and an umbrella! The beach is just a short work and having a playground across the street was a bonus! I visited in October, so the pool was closed for the season, but we had plenty of fun at the beach instead!

Great little condo 2 blocks from the beach
We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well stocked. It was especially helpful to have all of the beach gear available so we didn't have to pack it. And the well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our meals and not fight the crowds at the restaurants. Thanks for a great vacation!

enjoyed very much staying at the condo. nicely decorated with beach theme. well equipped kitchen, high end king bed in master and good leather furniture in living area. highly desirable location - 2 blocks to clearwater beach(one of the best beaches we have been to), 2 blocks to main strip with all amenities. large park in front of the condo.
