Vue à 180 degrés de la mer. Une extrémité de la terrasse d'une chambre, appartement récemment rénové. Capacité 2/4 (1 chambre à deux lits. 2 canapé-lits). 7 min à pied de la plage de sable jaune et services locaux. Gated complexe d'appartements avec grande terrasse commune face à un patio privé, donnant un sentiment unique d'espace. Ce qui ressort est la lumière, ciel immense et vue mer panoramique. 10 min. de l'aéroport, de location de voitures et un supermarché juste à l'entrée du complexe. Le meilleur de deux mondes: calme, pourtant proche (5 min.) Du bord de mer avec ses boutiques, restaurants, belle promenade et des miles de plage de sable fin. L'ensemble du complexe est en état de première classe avec un look frais et lumineux.

Problem we found is the 66 steps up to the apartment, after 6 weeks we found it a bind.

The location of the appartment is great. Panoramic views of the sea / shoreline. Beach and sea front only a shor walk away. Facilities in the apartment wete great, loved the "Berky" we did not purchase any bottled water throughout the stay. Overall a fantastic stay.

We are just back from another great stay at Casa Maria. The apartment has everything you need; great kitchen, loads of towels, UK tv, good WIFI connection, washing machine, very sunny terrace with sea view and quiet neighbours. Good choice of supermarkets and bars within easy walking distance. Lots of choice for live music venues, Bogarts Bar, just down the street from Atalaya is a must. Would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.

The apartment was equipped with everything that you need, a real home from home, we were greeted by a pleasant lady who showed us around and answered all our questions. We would absolutely recommend, and we will be back.

Fantastic well equipped apartment in a brilliant location with fantastic views. Would recommend this place to anybody looking to visit the stunning island of Lanzarote. Excellent experience right from the booking until we got home. Hopefully return again one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Maria. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The whole experience was easy from communicating with Rob and Gaby to meeting Vinka (agent) when we arrived. 10/10 :) We look forward to returning!

This is our second visit to Casa Maria and once again we were not disappointed.The apartment and whole complex is first class and in a superb location with shops, restaurants and promenade all on your door step.We spent 7 weeks here and found the apartment itself contained everything we needed and was like home from home. The panoramic view is just perfect and you never tire of seeing it.
Communication with Rob & Gaby was excellent and they were so supported when we had to return earlier than planned.
So glad we have already booked our return visit.

The location of the apartment is perfect; sunshine from sunrise to sunset!
180+ views of the sea and surrounding area including Fuerteventura. The pool was just the right temperature and there were plenty of sunbeds.
A 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops on "the strip". Large Spar shop next door.
The apartment has everything you need including for the beach .
Wifi was great, English TV, books and games, oven and hob, microwave, fridge and ample kitchen equipment.
Would definitely return.

With panoramic sea views this apartment is in a perfect location close to all the bars an restaurants, an a supermarket next to it. Tv with lots of English channels an wifi internet was prefect. Pool area very clean an always loads of sun loungers. Will definitely return.
