Would suggest a light sensor for returning when dark. It would be good to have a microwave and a washing machine. We were there in October so not too hot but air conditioning in summer would be good

There was everything what you need inside the kitchen. The apartment itself was large with a lot of space. It was very clean, everything (towels, kitchen things) were packed separately in plastic bag and it gave a feeling that it was new and clean. It was close to the center and to the ocean.

There was no airconditioning and the open windows did not always help. In the photo there was a balkon visible but it was not in our apartment.

The terrace area looked totally different from the photos, was missing lots of the furniture and no fake grass. outside area needs a bit of an update as it’s misleading from the photos. see pictures I’ve uploaded

Good location, huuuuge roof top terrace, well equipped kitchen, super clean

Location. There is no parking places but in 750m north-west there is a lot of places to park the car. Space in the apartment.

Not enaugh toilet paper (1 roll per person per week). At the morning a little noisy water pump behind the wall in penthouse apartment. It starts every time someone in the building use hot water, but it's not very big problem.

The apartment is without any window with any view. It was unpleasant surprise as we booked the apartment which cover foto was beatifull roof terrace (it appeared that the terrace is of another apartment of the same property). As well in the pictures of the actual apartment there is balcony, but it is not true (balcony as well belong to another apartment). All windows in our apartment were to the wall of inner shacht where all the neighbours party sounds were wery well heard. Make sure which apartment in Lanzalina you are booking (it was the only one left when we booked and the pictures were not accurate). Still, I would come back to Lanzalina, just would pick another apartment.

The property is in a great central location and a nice size - it was good to have a bedroom each. The kitchen was well equipped and touch that was much appreciated is that there were washing up liquid and sponge/scourer, a wipe down cloth, tea towel etc as well as a selection of condiments, oil etc. provided.

For us less stairs would be a preference - old knees! Next time we will book more in advance and request the apartment on the first floor.

Second time spent a week in this beautiful penthouse-apartment. Generally speaking the apartment offers super good value for it's money. Location is good. Apartment is super clean and comfortable. Spacious and fully equipped. Comfortable check-in system with the key-storage at the entrance.

And now we are coming to the one but more or less very disturbing minus of this apartment. Don't know why we haven't noticed it for the first time (may be because we were the only guests at that time) but the problem is that the heating and supply system for the hot water is located right above the bedroom. So, that means, that all other apartments in the house are occupied and people start using water in the evening (and some of them are till the very late evening) it is almost impossible to sleep in the bedroom, because of the noise that is coming from the water pump from above. Other than that all was fine

The apartment was very well sanitized and all towels and sheets were perfect cleaned and packed for use. The host was very responsive and allowed us an early check-in.

There was a very pungent odour in the apartment and the building all the time. The neighbours were very loud all night, and the street noise also doesn't let you sleep easily.

Nice and clean. Easily accessible with information from Lina 2 days before arrival. Located no more than 10 mins walk from beach. Supermarkets within 5-10 min walk also. All equipment was provided in the kitchen to be able to prepare meals.

Only a couple of minor points. The lights in the kitchen/main room had to be either on or off, there was no way of having only 2 of the 6 lights on. I didn't find any electric points near to working areas to be able to easily use my laptop.

The property is more than expected, very big space, fully equipped with everything you would need, great location.

I stayed in the rooftop apartment: easy check in, clear comms from the owner, spotless clean, coffee machine, OK Internet, good shower with water not finishing after 3 minutes. Is OK place for a short stay.

Rooftop apartment: so right above the bedroom there is an external aircon unit. It is old. It is squeaking and rattling and whatnot. It is not yours, if you are a light sleeper, your sleep as at the mercy of someone else, who controls that a/C unit. The terrace looks somewhat different now than on the pictures (no plastic grass carpet, just grey floor, coal bbq instead of gas). There is no microwave, nor washing machine or dishwasher.

The kindness of the landlady. Location. A huge private terrace. A real street with beautiful palm trees, close enough to everything, including the beach. (So glad I did not end up in the tourist areas.) Well equipped kitchen and a big dining table, good for both working and dining. Very comfortable relax area. Immaculate cleanliness and respect for health precautions throughout. Everything.
