Hotellet lå i et rolig område. Rent hotel og pent rom. Fint med kjøleskap, safe og god nok str på klesskap. Ingen aircondition, men en gulvvifte som var effektiv nok. Man kunne lufte ordentlig ved å åpne viduet helt. Romslig dusj. Lite pent bad. Enkel inn- og utsjekk!
Treig heis som gynget litt, så jeg foretrakk å ta trappa etterhvert. Kortet sluttet å fungere et par ganger under oppholdet, men vi fikk hjelp med dette. Senga var ikke den beste jeg har ligget i. Noe hard, men jeg fikk sove. God pute og dyne.

Die Lage und der Preis waren sehr ansprechend
Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, aber an sich sauber und gepflegt
Die Vorhänge allerdings sind vergilbt und gehören unbedingt getauscht oder zumindest gewaschen.
Leider merkt man, dass im Zimmer 120 früher geraucht wurde, der Gestank geht aus den Holzmöbeln nur schwer raus.

È andato tutto bene, hotel vicino alla metro ma considerate sempre almeno mezz'ora per arrivare nei punti di interesse. Nel complesso ci torni solo per dormire quindi va bene così. Il bagno piccolino ma nessun problema
Il cuscino era terribile, ma soprattutto non ci sono le tapparelle quindi volente o meno alle 6:30 sei sveglio perché entra la luce. Le tende fornite non sono sufficienti, valutate una mascherina per gli occhi se siete sensibili alla luce

the room is really big. location is perfect. it’s just one metro to central.
curtain is very long. it covers the heater. that’s why room is not getting warm. if you open the curtain other rooms can see inside of the room.

The room was fine, but the walls are so thin and you hear sometimes other guests.

The staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel has 24/7 access, and is a short 4 minute walk to Alser Strasse metro station, which gets you quickly to the city centre, and easily to the airport. Room was cosy, ensuite and clean. The cleaning staff are discreet and leave everywhere looking lovely. We loved our stay here.

The room was warm, big and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Hotel was very well connected to the city transportation stations, but it also was pretty close to the city centre.

The location was really great. 3 minutes walk to the tram station and 5 minutes walk to the underground. The room was clean and we liked it.
There was no kettle provided and the Wi-Fi was very slow. No hair dryer as well.

Hotel is very clean, room was big, location not so far away from centre, people are friendly. Parking is available. Value-price is ok.

Great location, close to the metro. The triple room had enough space to fit three people comfortably. The beds were very comfortable as well! The area has lots of bars nearby and the staff was friendly.
The room was a little dirty and it didn't seem that we had the cleaning service stop by during our stay. The walls are somewhat thin but I also believe that our neighbors were louder than usual.

In general, the hotel was absolutely OK. Some facilties, e.g. a water boiler, a small fridge or a hair dryer in the room could make it even better.
The staff reacts to messeges extremely slowly, sometimes after days. Otherwise everybody is kind and helpful.

Location is a bit far from city centre. The shower in the bathroom was not staying properly kept moving. No shampoo provided.
