Minutes to Niagara Falls State Park
Situé dans un beau quartier de Niagara Falls, cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est située à seulement 3,8 km du parc d'État de Niagara Falls.
La chambre principale avec salle de bain attenante est située au premier étage et dispose d'un lit queen. Les deux autres chambres sont situées au deuxième étage. Une des chambres a un lit queen avec un petit salon attaché qui a un lit de repos pour une personne supplémentaire. L'autre chambre a un lit double. L'autre salle de bain complète est au deuxième étage.
Au premier étage, en plus de la chambre principale, se trouve la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger et le couloir arrière qui mène à un porche grillagé et à la cour arrière.
La maison est dans le quartier Deveaux de Niagara Falls, un beau quartier résidentiel, situé près de l'Université de Niagara. La maison se trouve à 10 minutes à pied des parcs d'État Whirlpool et Devil’s Hole et à 10 minutes. en voiture ou 20 min. balade à vélo le long des gorges jusqu'au parc d'État de Niagara Falls. Lewiston est également à une courte distance en voiture de la promenade et a de nombreuses boutiques mignonnes et de bons restaurants.
La maison est plus facilement accessible en voiture, mais les bus NFTA roulent le long de Lewiston Road, qui est au coin et va à Lewiston ou à Niagara Falls.
La maison a wi-fi partout. Il y a une SmartTV et un lecteur DVD dans la chambre principale, mais il n'y a pas de câble (nous avons une antenne intérieure pour les chaînes de diffusion). Il y a une allée que vous pouvez utiliser pour garer votre véhicule. Les animaux seront considérés.

Great location to all the sights in the area. This home is truly pet friendly; a breezeway and a fenced in yard! Nice and clean, well stocked with essentials, quiet neighborhood.

Our family of six fit perfectly in this home that was 10-15 minutes from American side of the falls. Easy parking and safe neighborhood. House is just what you need for a few days stay.

We stayed for our spring break to see the falls for the first time! The photos didnt do the home justice. It is very charming and sweet. The only detail that could have been better was the gates in the backyard. We brought 2 small dogs and the gate left a bit of space so they could slip under easily. We used some stones to block them and all was well! The home owner was very responsive, and the location was very convenient! Definitely worth staying in!

A comfortable older home close to all the sites in the Niagara Falls area that allowed our party of five adults space for both conversation and privacy. We appreciated the backyard and the off street parking and proximity to the Devil’s Hole.

The house was perfect for the four of us. Everyone had their own bed and all beds were very comfortable. The location was safe and relaxing. And the house was very clean. A great stay!

She also provided her cell number for easy communication if needed. The property was everything we were expecting. We had a great time during our stay. We had everything we needed during our two nights stay! Amazing house and beautiful location. Breathtaking trail nearby to peacefully walk the dog, fishing platform for our fishing loving son, and minutes driving to Niagara Fall.

Beautiful old home, great location in a very peaceful neighborhood. The home was very clean and Carroll the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Minutes from Niagara Falls and other attractions. It was perfect for our little family of 3. The cute fenced in backyard was great for our little girl and pup to play in while we relaxed in the screen in porch. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Unfortunately there was an incident and we were unable to stay but the house was very clean older house in a decent neighborhood. The hostess was wonderful in dealing with our issue quickly and was very kind and helpful! I would highly recommend! And would stay if ever in the area again!

This is a old house and decorated as such, with vintage furniture, flooring and layout. If you do not appreciate and value the beauty of an older home then this isn’t for you. If you do, I recommend staying here. Beautiful home, great location and peaceful neighborhood. It was like stepping back in time. Loved it!!
As 2 single moms, taking 4 kids for a long weekend getaway, this was perfect!! If I go back, I will definitely stay again. Hosts were awesome!

This cute little bungalow was the perfect escape after busy days touring Niagara Falls. We enjoyed proximity to the falls and the quiet neighborhood. The host was very easy to communicate with and everything was very clear. There was plenty of space to spread out. Our favorite little nook was the window seat - perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. House was very clean with plenty of bedding and towels. All in all, a great stay!

Rental was as described. Owners were communicative throughout our stay. Good location, I’d welcome returning in summer when we could take more advantage of outdoors. Close to University, which was the reason for our trip, and also to the Falls and the border. Stores and restaurants just a short drive away when we needed anything. Older home in a quiet neighborhood.
Check-in was tricky as there was a winter storm before we arrived and driveway and outdoor stairs were icy, and therefore difficult to maneuver. This was the only issue but it didn’t resolve itself during our stay.

This was the second time my husband and I stayed in this home. The house is very clean and comfortable. It is an older home in a very nice neighborhood close to the falls and hiking trails. It is also a short drive to Lewiston. Would stay again.

First time to Niagara Falls. The location was perfect in a nice neighborhood. Was worried about the small single tv but didn’t really need it. There is so much to do and was conveniently located for easy access to everything. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

Start to finish, our whole experience with this rental couldn't have been easier. Carroll is a great communicator and her home has all the basics that you may need. Awesome location for a trip to the falls. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed the fenced in backyard. House was spotless when we arrived and we only used the downstairs King size bed, which was very comfortable. Check out Griffon Gastropub and Brando's pizza.... both were sooo good! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip if available. Thanks again!

Nice Neighborhood
It was a nice quiet neighborhood that we could walk our pup down the street and talk to some of the neighbors that might be out. The home was close to everything that we wanted to do or see while in Niagra Falls. Would recommend!

We were very pleased with this home. It has great character and is in a quiet residential area. We appreciated that it was dog friendly and even had a fenced in yard. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is great for exploring the local attractions.
