Such a cute quaint house with beautiful furnishings really gave you a window into historical Iceland. The beds were comfy and made with care. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans and we made a lovely lamb dinner for everyone to enjoy. Fantastic location along the ring road. Would definitely stay again; the view from the kitchen windows was mesmerizing.
Hard to say, really! I mean, it is a "mature" home, so there are some "historical quirks" and it may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues (stairs inside to bath/kitchen) but it was great for us (party of 7 with grandparents, us, and three kids)

bella location in casa isolata (ex residenza della famiglia che si è trasferita nelle vicinanze). Ci sono tutti i confort che uno potrebbe desiderare in una seconda casa oltre che un luogo bellissimo a bordo mare.

유쾌한 주인분이셨어요. 1번 도로에서 멀지 않은 곳이라 가기도 좋았고 저희는 날씨가 안좋아서 못봤지만 한적한 시골이라 날씨가 좋다면 집에서 오로라가 보일 듯한 곳이에요. 시설도 잘 관리되고 필요한 것은 다 있었어요. 미리 사전에 안내 사항도 잘 얘기해주셨어요.
아침에 양떼가 집앞에서 풀을 뜯으러 와서 안에서 한참 구경했어요. 여름에 다시 방문해보고 싶은 곳입니다.

The place was great! Very big with lots of beds.. The views were amazing! Overlooking a lake. I enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and watching the sunset. So relaxing! The house is located just off the ring road and was very easy to find. I really recomand this place!!

This guesthouse is located in a farm and gives you a real authentic experience of it. The house is fully equipped, it is cosy and gives the feeling of a visit at your grandma’s home. Very special and yet better b prepared for it.

The vintage vibe is so beautiful and makes the place warm and cozy. We feel the authenticity of the decoration.
We enjoyed this place and the dining area in the kitchen makes you feel home.

it is in a middle of nowhere, isolated, but good for people who is looking for relaxation and prairie life style. Very good for value.
