The house is huge and we had plenty of room to spread out. The master suite is amazing, as is the large projector screen for watching movies in the basement. There is no backyard, but there is a park about 2 minutes away where we went to play one evening. Timothy was an excellent host, responding quickly to our communications and being extremely helpful. It was a bit of a drive to get to the popular sights (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods), but if you want a large and comfortable place to stay at night, this is a great spot.

This home was well equipped and just as the photos portrayed. There were plenty of places for our large family to gather and play games, etc. We even had a beautiful front row view of the blue angels from the backyard! What a fun surprise!

Trip with work friends for a Memorial, the house was in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport, communication with owner was easy and always very helpful. Property itself was bigger than pictures show, more space than we knew what todo with and amenities everywhere with close distance to shopping of any kind and 20 minute drive to Memorial we were going to. Definitely would book again

The house was exactly what we needed for our stay. We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday down there because I have a Son that lives near by.
The house was spacious for my husband and I, our 10 year old daughter and 2 adult children. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Has a huge projector screen downstairs; which was perfect for movie night. Location was perfect as we had access to near by grocery stores and all the activities we wanted to do. Neighborhood is super quiet! Which is a plus for someone who wakes up easily to any noise.
Owner made the check-in process super easy and was very responsive throughout the process.
I would definitely book another stay here!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pikes Peak Lodge. The house was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Comfortable beds with plush bedding. Nice gym in the garage, and we loved the piano, books, and board games. Master suite was AMAZING!!! A projector in the basement perfect for movie nights. Good location with a grocery store down the street, and a plethora of restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. Only issue we had was the dishwasher wasn’t working and we had to wash them by hand. Tim and his wife were very apologetic for the inconvenience, and were very responsive before and during our stay. Overall a 10/10. Can’t wait to come back on our next family trip to the Springs!!!

Location was ideal. House is huge, lots of room to spread out. House is well appointed, modern, in good condition. We stayed when it was in the mid to upper 90s each day. The upstairs was warmer than our liking but Tim was responsive and helpful in responding to our concerns. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. Beds were comfortable.

We stayed here for a week, while our daughter played in the Sparkler softball tournament. The location was perfect for us, with amazing shopping and dining extremely close by (less than 2 miles). Loved the house and would definitely stay here again. Owner was able to remotely see that there was an issue with the A/C and contacted us to make sure we were comfortable. He kept in daily contact with us until the issue was resolved. Great host, great house, great vacation. Next time we’re going to win the trophy too for the tournament!!

Outstanding property in a quiet neighborhood and in a convenient location to most major attractions. Our group of 10, which include 4 children between the ages of 3 and 11, loved the spacious kitchen and the nearby park. The only drawbacks were a lack of sufficient tissues/toilet paper and the Roku TV was not working initially. The owner was quick to respond to these minor issues. We would not hesitate to book this property in the future

This property is gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone. It's within half an hour of anything you would want to do in Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs/Cheyenne Mt areas. Perfect place to relax after a long day of outdoors activities! My teens especially liked the projector in the basement!

With the fantastic location & beautiful modern furnishings, we had high expectations. We had some issues & notified owner. While he responded within required times, no issues were resolved. The back yard could not be enjoyed due to overgrown weeds & XL dog next door. Note for the mobility challenged: this house is a split level with basement. Steps up to main floor, no bedrooms on main floor. 18 steps upstairs to 3 bedrooms/laundry. Master bed area is 2 steps up from bath (no handrails). 16 steps down to basement with one bedroom/bath/gameroom. Some website pictures are not up to date. Wish we could have loved it. Please repair the tvs & dishwasher and you'll have some happy campers.

Very comfortable and spacious home
We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and comfortable home! Thank you for sharing your home with us! It made our trip to Colorado Springs much easier. We had our one-year-old and 3 year old Granddaughters and there was plenty of room for all of us.

This home has it all. Plenty of space for family, a garage to work-out, and a great grill in the backyard. We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't be more grateful of the amenities and quality of care by the owners.

Perfect stay here in Springs.
Couldn't be happier. The home is spacious and convenient. The weber bbq out back and the rogue gym in the garage made this place extra nice. No need for a gym membership and the backyard was perfect. I could bbq and watch deer in field with kind neighbors to the right of the home. . The owners communicate well to ensure needs are met. 10/10 place to stay.

Happy New Year
Beautiful house with upscale finishes and linens. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in mid-Springs. We had nine adults and one child. Our two adult children and our newborn granddaughter came during the day. Plenty of room in the common areas to play games, eat, watch internet tv upstairs or down. Also ample spaces throughout the house to get some alone time or take a nap. Having laundry was wonderf since we were traveling for several weeks. Great patio with bbq and chairs. Quiet neighborhood and well insulated house temperature was wonderful and spaces were quiet. Definitely a value for your vacation budget! Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Four generations together for the New Year! Wonderful!

The Pikes Peak Lodge is an absolutely beautiful home! It’s very spacious for a family and so comfortable! The kids loved the movie screen in the basement and the house made us all feel at home in gorgeous Colorado Springs. We will definitely look for this property again if we come back to visit. Perfect Getaway Home
I can’t say enough good things about this house. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home. It was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Lots of toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry supplies, etc. Even had a slew of k-cups, which I greatly appreciated. I have stayed in multiple vacation homes, but this one felt like a home - not a rental, if that makes sense. The communication with the owner was quick and easy. And check-in/check-out was a breeze. There was tons of room for a large family. It was in a great location, as well. Felt very safe. Close enough to everything, while being away from it all at the same time. I would definitely stay here again.

Used for Family Reunion in Colorado Springs
We had a family reunion in the Springs. The main location was just down the street from this property. We decided to rent this home instead of hotel rooms. It was a wonderful decision. Not only was the property everything they said it was, it gave us the opportunity to spend quality time in a comfortable environment with siblings we hadn't seen in a while.
We will definitely consider this property again.

Property is in an excellent location. Close to essentials and attractions. House more than enough for a LARGE family. Master bedroom suite was awesome! Multiple fireplaces would be fantastic in winter or fall. Only con is inadequate cooling system for large upper floor in summer heat. This is a gem!

The only reason we gave it 4 stars was that the house was not clean to our standards, not bad enough to cause any concerns however...

Amazing house
We have stayed here twice before, we will stay here every time we come to Colorado Springs if it is available. Perfect house for our family. Tim is awesome and easy to get ahold of if needed. Amazing house, just like the pictures.
