The location is unbeatable. The staff are friendly and trying to solve the problems when they are available.

The interior of the grand suite in very tired… the deck of the balcony is broken and dangerous for guests to step into the broken deck.

A bit old and dirty, but ok in general.

the facilities not sufficient such as no bath ropes and bath towels are old, no free bottle of water, no wine glasses and no lighter for bday cake candle no clear instructions for operating the Now TV

TV was so small

The room was spacious, especially the huge bathroom n bathtub, loved that so much. Bed was comfy and the view outside was amazing! I booked this hotel because of this.

The thing I didn’t like was the living room was too dim, the lighting was not quite enough. the now movie channel password was not provided in-room so we needed to go to the reception to get the pw when we wanted to watch tv at 11pm.

There is no added value but just paid for the room rental.

The rooms and electrical appliances are quite old.

Compare to other hotels in HK, I would rather say this is a motel, becoz the place doesn’t have much facilities other than roof top jacuzzi. But don’t get me wrong, the location is perfect in Stanley, 90% of attractions are only mins walk from Stanley Oriental, and beach is only less than 10mins walking distance. Supermarket, pubs, restaurants, convenient store are just right downstairs. Rooms are spacious, and all rooms has sea view which is spectacular. Highly recommended to stop by for a weekend chill with family or friends, and get a relief away from HK CBD area.

In house facilities and furniture are a bit worn out, some of the lights do not work in my room. Sockets are much less than any other hotels I’ve ever been in HK. Massage function of highlight jacuzzi had been broken for quite a while.

Good value for money to bring dogs for staycation. Great view and convenience.

There was no staff service- Now TV was not working/ cannot call reception / coffee machine not working

Staff were very inattentive, no reception support at all throughout the night despite the staff reassuring us that we could reach them at the reception. Decor inside the room were falling apart, lights were broken and unchanged. Jacuzzi massage function did not work.

We asked if the beach you mention was pet friendly and the receptionist didn't know. Considering you are a pet friendly hotel which is great you should be aware of pet friendly places around the hotel

Location is good, love the stunning Stanley sea view. We stay at the Suite which is so spacious for 4 adults. the balcony is a nice place for drink and chat. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Many good restaurants nearby.

Just a little comment. Room description stated it’s for 4 adults with 1 double bed and 2 sofa bed. However, the L shape sofa is not enough for 2 adults. We order 1 extra bed (with extra charge) after check-in. If the extra charge is included in room rate, it would be make customer feel better.
