Courteous and attentive Supervisor, spacious rooms.

Lack of electrical outlet for the water percolator on the table. Overused towels though clean and fragrant.

The staff is most helpful and accomodating.

There is no free breakfast, as most hotels in that price range offer.

Despite the severe tropical cyclone Paeng, we were warmly welcomed by hotel staff upon arrival and was immediately guided to our room. We were accommodated for an early check-in. There were several power outages during that time and yet, the staff immediately find ways to get the the standby generator up and running despite the heavy downpour of rain and strong winds.

Slow internet speed to no signal. Maybe it was due to the weather disturbance.

it was clean and simple. my family asked for extra pillow and utensils and they were happy to provide the front desk was very accommodating and assisted us with out luggage all the way to the room.
