We asked them to arrange a cap and they did , unfortunately we didnt have change so the driver stop us into an Atm when my husbend go inside and working on the ATM 2 guys came and distract him and they steel his bank card later on they took 40000 Rand !! I need the taxi company name ! And beware plz who ever want to rent a cap must have full detail and have enough cash !!!

The proximity and accessibility of the hotel to the mall were great. The suite has a modern feel to it and was adequately spacious for our family.
The suite needs a technological upgrade. I only noticed one power point with USB ports and this was not in visible sight. The hairdryer did not have a nozzle for styling hair and was not located next to a mirror.

The hotel needs to be refurbished. The Brown and beige decor is very outdated. The foyer and entrance is underwhelming. Extremely noisy at night due to clubs until early hours of the morning and the Nelson Mandela Square activities. To be fair, this hotel has enormous potential. Facilities include a Sauna, steam room, gym and pool. The location is very central. It is ok for someone who does not need beautiful decor and just wants the basic facilities of an apartment.

Everything was excellent and we will definitely stay here again.
The only thing that needs attention is the air conditioning which was fixed when we asked reception to send someone which they did immediately. However I think it needs upgrading of the actual system.

Great apartment style accommodation, clean and quite, but convenient. 5 minute walk to the Gautrain and then all the shops at the Square, my go to place in Josi when I came back👍

Very neat and private with good security. Location is excellent.
When I wanted to check out, the front desk was unmanned. The cleaning lady kept on telling me that the concierge is on his way. I waited a while, and then just left the card key on the desk, as I have made pre payment. This is not acceptable in a hotel of this standard.

It is my second time there with my family, and they really enjoyed spending 3 days that was so easy choice now, we used to go to Garden Court a lot and then Maslow hotels before.
Nothing for now at all, might be noisy b/c of some people performing at Madiba Square or around some special days.
