Not providing towels, Sanitizer in the Room and Drinking water

There were cockroachs , I had to leave cause I was developing allergies ,very unhygienic

We want to thank hotel's crew, everything was good.

Not easy to find, we had to ask locals for help.

Room was clean,location good.. The owner was very friendly.

Staff need to be more friendly n learn how to smile😉 There is no lift.

Cockroaches in room, very noisy, shower was above toilet, room had an interconnecting door to where the receptionist was sleeping which you couldn't lock from our side. The location was poor in the middle of extremely busy street so very little sleep. Looks nothing like the photos. We only stayed the night as it was late. Left first thing in the morning.
