Het hotel ligt vast aan de terminal en is met een wandeling veilig en gemakkelijk te bereiken. Na aankomst aankomst met de late KLM vlucht is dit een goede optie. De bedden en kussens zijn van goede kwaliteit.
We hadden, tegen meerprijs, een kamer met dubbele bedden gekregen. Bij aankomst in onze kamer bleek dit een kamer met een smal tweepersoonsbed te zijn. Nadat ik bij de receptie om de juiste kamer vroeg, kwam de medewerker met allerlei smoesjes zoals 'ik ben net met mijn dienst begonnen' en 'u heeft niet rechtstreeks bij het hotel geboekt maar bij een externe service provider'. Pas na de nodige druk te hebben uitgeoefend kregen we waarvoor we betaald hadden. De kamers waren vies. In de eerste kamer lag een vieze sok en bij de tweede kamer lagen haren op het nachtkastje.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, nice pool area.

The hotel is located within OR Tambo airport. You can walk to the lobby from airport arrivals without leaving the building (about 10+ minutes). Staff is friendly and the restaurant provides good meals at a reasonable price. It's a great place for "overnight stopovers" while waiting for an ongoing flight. This is not a upscale hotel, rather it is a very convenient and comfortable place for a short stay and provides good value. We have stayed for 6 times and will stay again.
Some of the rooms are a little tired, but still comfortable. Some rooms have been more recently renovated.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. It's just a short walk to the airport terminals and you don't even need to leave the building. I have stayed here a number of times before, but this was the first time I've driven, the parking was very convenient, easy to find, close to the hotel, affordable and plenty of spaces available.

they charged me twice for the room and are refusing to refund, Booking.com also extremely unhelpful. so despite the hotel being great unless you want to pay double I would not recommend.

Convenient and value for money considering it’s location! After our long 16 hour international flight into O.R. nothing beats just walking into the hotel from the arrivals hall and having a goods nights sleep for an early connecting flight next morning.
