I think.booking is confirm,becasuse confirm mail has coming in my mail.but it's not because manger said that' rooms r available only it is emty' or pmt has received. So your confirmation mail is not imp. Very poor service also your platform.

Rate also charge high, charge 4000 rs per room,while booking rate is 2450 rs.

The hotel location is good, it is near the airport, quickly reachable with a taxi. The hosts were kind even if not all of them were talking english.

The shower was not clean at all, the carpet was dirty. We've been asked to pay a deposit before arriving. The only way to pay is with gpay with a QR code or with a bank transfer. But we cannot pay with gpay on a QR Code from France, nor can we make a bank transfer with only the account number, so we weren't able to do the deposit. The hotel told us that they cannot guaranty that they keep the room for us. That was a lot of stress for us, just two days before taking the airplane.

Only the location is good just beside the airport

No lift, no resturant, small rooms & toilet. Dinner served locally from nearby restaurants which Is pathetic and cold.

I have booked a rooms for 5 person and when we arrived they were having no rooms for us what a joke these blokes are

Thankfully it was only a couple of hours.

After 18 hours flying I had not even the courage to take a shower. I checked in at 3am and i asked to stay one more hour before check out because I really need to sleep... Between 8 am and 9am 3 guys knocked the door "cleaning?" "Room service?"... What a joke! Avoid this place!

Staff was helpful

No parking , Bathroom door did not have a latch or a handle(extremely embarassing), Dirty bathroom. Did not get an invoice.
