Vacation Vista est tout ce que vous voulez dans une location de vacances. Cette maison de ville de luxe a toutes les cloches et les sifflets pour faire de vos vacances un vrai paradis.
Récemment, tout l'intérieur et l'extérieur de la maison ont été peints et du mobilier tout neuf.
Également un garage attenant pour une voiture inclus et situé en face d'un parking supplémentaire, il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde et un parking pour plusieurs véhicules.
Le salon spacieux dispose d'un mobilier tout neuf et haut de gamme confortable et d'une télévision à écran LED de 52 pouces avec un lecteur DVD. Sortez sur le balcon pour profiter du soleil de la Floride. La salle à manger est à côté du salon dans un plan d'étage ouvert, et accueille une belle nouvelle table à manger pouvant accueillir six personnes.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils en plus d'une toute nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse. Cette belle et spacieuse cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer la nourriture et les boissons que vous désirez et un ensemble de cuisine pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Un demi-bain est situé au niveau principal pour votre commodité.
La chambre principale contient un lit king-size confortable avec une télévision à écran LCD de 32 pouces et la deuxième chambre au niveau supérieur a deux lits doubles également avec son propre téléviseur LCD de 32 pouces. Le niveau le plus bas contient la troisième chambre qui a un lit queen et une télévision de 32 pouces et un lecteur DVD. Cette chambre a également un accès privé à une terrasse meublée, parfaite pour les apéritifs et les boissons. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bain privée attenante, afin que chacun puisse profiter de l'intimité et avoir beaucoup d'espace.

Nice property. The rental had a nice supply of amenities for our stay. Ad wasn’t explicit about being a 3-floor condo with main bedrooms on third floor, but ended up not being too burdensome. Great communication with property manager, Pam.

The property was clean and it was a very easy check in process. It was myself, my husband, and our 5 kids staying. There was plenty of room for everyone.

Overall the stay was nice, the property was clean. Could use some help on the maintenance side of things though, lots of lights out and some issues with repairs needed, they didn’t affect our stay any, just little things that make a difference. The location was great for our trips to SeaWorld, it will be right out the goat of the new Epic Universe, so traffic might be an issue starting 2026!! Beds were not the most comfortable, think of a budget hotel bed. Pool area was nice, large with an additional toddle pool for the younger kid's.

Nice property! Cleaner than most. Had an issue with a leaking freezer but it was fixed promptly. Property manager was super responsive and helpful. Had to buy dish rags/towels but otherwise the place had decent kitchen supplies. The place could use addtl towel bars/hooks and a desk/chair would have been useful. Had a great time! Would stay again!

Nice condo, however, the steps from all 3 floors was a bit much. Also, didn't like the fact you couldn't sit out on a lanai or balcony. It was nice to have a garage for our bikes.

Sisters and daughters trip for a 21st and a 17th birthday celebration.We had a blast property was very clean, neat and we had tons of room. We were in the middle of everything as far as shopping, attractions and restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

The codo was lovely and we were very comfortable there. Our granddaughters played in the basketball tournaments and it was so convenient going back and forth to the convention center. Enjoyed our hectic but fun stay!!

This townhouse was great, no complaints at all. The unit itself is great for families as all 3 bedrooms have their own full bath. It was very clean and consistent with the listing. Communication with the owner was great, and she was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We had 3 couples and the separate suites were perfect! Property is managed by Casiola and they were super responsive during our stay! Location is walking distance from the Convention Center. Weather was perfect for pool and relaxing too.

Perfect for a quick Orlando park getaway
For a quick and busy getaway this property is perfect! We had fun at the parks all day so this property was used mostly for sleeping and eating. If we were going to stay longer and would be using the full resort amenities and property I think we would have been disappointed and not as comfortable as I would like for a longer stay but for the price this property delivers on expectations.
PROS: Communication, location, ease of use, accommodations (such as starter toilet paper, dish soap, coffee, etc), good size bathrooms, bedrooms and closets.
CONS: A/C is requested to stay at 75 but no lower than 70 (gets really warm in there), DISABLED GUESTS the 1st floor bedroom is the only thing on that floor so you will have to use stairs to access the 2nd floor kitchen and living room (this was difficult for my Dad who has COPD), beds are somewhat uncomfortable, resort amenities (pool, playgrounds, etc) were very full and busy, property could use a deep clean.

Fantastic Digs!
My husband, daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren enjoyed out stay in this beautiful condo. Kids were super impressed with the three floors. Very clean and so convenient to Universal. The pool was wonderful, just wish we had had more time to use it. I would highly recommend this property if you will be staying in the Orlando and specifically the Universal area.

Very nice. Insect problem was our only problem. WE did not report it. We just kept using bug spray. They we like ants but very very small. Not sure what they were but they were everywhere.

My family and I wanted a safe and sanitary place to visit for the Christmas holiday. Pam's place was a lovely, clean, spacious, townhouse with it's own entrance. It had all the amenities we needed plus the option of resort amenities (although we steered pretty clear of any possible crowded areas due to Covid) There was a nice 2 mile loop around a lake nearby on the property that was nice as well. We did not really have any issues so we didn't contact Pam during our stay, but check in and check out was super easy. Just a key code. =) Thoroughly enjoyed this Vrbo experience and would definitely recommend it.

Great stay in Orlando
We loved our stay at this condo. There was privacy for everyone and it was very spacious. The parking areas were very nice as you did not have to have a pass. We had two cars so this worked out great. Would stay again!

Weekend stay
We stayed for two nights, and went to Universal Studios. It was a very convenient location! The unit had plenty of towels, a little kitchen starter set (dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc), and was nice and clean. The only reason I rated cleanliness at a 4 is because I would say it’s time for a deep clean of corners, baseboards, corners of the shower, etc. But that’s to be expected when you have people in and out. Overall, it met my high standards for cleanliness and we had a nice stay!

Great location for Universal Studios
We made a last minute decision to take family to Universal. We needed 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was perfect for our needs. The boys enjoyed the workout facility and pool when not at the park. The girls enjoyed the shopping. Top Golf was very close too. Owner was very helpful. Gated, ease of entry, will stay there again.
