The hotel charged me the regular fee 3 times and than an additional $500 fee party fee for rose petals that they said was ok when checking in and i didnt have no damn party

Breakfast was a nice basic meal.

Elevator needed to be repaired only one working.

Breakfast was good but with the explanation of breakfast it said amazing breakfast and there wasn't really a whole lot to choose from.

I am still fighting to get my double payment back I'm booking.com or from the hotel because I have been charged twice for my stay.

Modern amenities, great room, very comfortable room accommodations

Front desk staff was completely unwilling to assist. I checked in around 6:45 pm and told the front desk associate that i had paid online already yet she continued to swipe my card. She said “oh we don’t accept booking electronic payments you are basically being charged twice.” She offered no solution in the situation and basically gave me my room key and said have a nice day. There was no willingness to help and i also felt that she did not care that i was being charged twice.

The staff is horrible. They did not honor my booking though paid online. I paid for an employee to stay at this hotel for a work trip and they made her pay. The woman that I spoke to at the location was the absolute worst. Told me that I would need to call booking.com and have them cancel/refund my reservation. Because they do not have access to the portal that verifies my payment. Though I have a very clear emailed receipt. My employee had to figure something else out. I still have not received a refund.

Clean, updated and good TV selections

The check in process is cumbersome. The fact that when you bring in your luggage, you have to go back out to your car to put a parking pass is inconvenient. Also, not accepting cash for incidentals is not ideal. If you stay multiple days, the breakfast choices don't change.
