Belle villa romantique et luxueuse, sur le golf d' Aroeira, dans une réserve naturelle, à 25km du centre de Lisbonne, à 600m de la plage seulement. Aroeira est le plus grand complexe de golf de la région, il s'étend sur 350ha avec des milliers de pins et 13 lacs. Aroeira a 2 parcours de 18 trous de championnat, 1école de golf, 1 club house accueillant avec restaurant, snack bar, bar, golf shop, piscine tropicale, 4 courts de tennis, aire de jeu, et petit centre commercial. Le complexe est fermé, avec concierge à l'entrée, et malgré le fait que l'endroit soit paisible, il y a 1 service de sécurité 24/ 24. Toutes ces caractéristiques font d'Aroeira un endroit de choix pour des vacances en famille ou avec des amis pour profiter du golf, plage, plongée, belle piscine tropicale partagée, tennis, trekking, vélo, loisirs et du contact avec la nature sans oublier pour autant de profiter de la vie de belle capitale jour et nuit. Beautiful villa with great pool in the excellent Aroeira Sea and Golf resort, just 25 minutes drive from Lisbon city center, next to the wonderful golden sandy beaches of Fonte da Telha, with many fantastic beach bars and restaurants just 20 minutes walk from the villa, dedicated host always available when needed, highly recommended.

Perfect!
The villa was perfect! It was very big and it has a really nice garden with a great swimmingpool. Also Louis is a very nice guy. Really helpful and kind! So for sure we Will Come back!

Un villa magnifique dans une résidence sécurisée qui a fait bien des envieux chez nos amis.
L'équipement intérieur au top, l'extérieur splendide avec un très beau jardin et surtout une magnifique piscine, sans oublié la table de ping-pong pour des parties en famille!!!
Mr Dias est un propriétaire à l'écoute des besoins de ses clients et n'a jamais fait intrusion dans la propriété (comme indiqué dans un commentaire précédent).
Je recommande à 10000%
Ce fut un séjour fantastique en famille, après 2 ans sans pouvoir voir nos parents à cause du Covid.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble
La villa est très belle et la piscine très agréable. Ce qu’il est appréciable c’est qu’il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. La résidence est sécurisée et on s’y sent bien.
Le couple de propriétaires est adorable et très serviable. N’hésitez pas à les contacter si vous avez besoin.
Les seuls points faibles:
- L’état de la hotte et le fait que deux plaques de cuissons sur quatre fonctionnent,
Quand on séjourne à plusieurs c’est rapidement gênant.
- L’état vétuste des équipements de la baignoire (suite parentale)
- Le propriétaire n’hésite pas à rentrer dans la villa quand vous êtes absents pour déplacer votre matériel qui se trouve sur la pelouse. Nous avons été très étonné qu’il rentre comme cela et qu’il déplace ce qu’il veut.
Pour autant je recommande cette location

Luis the owner is lovely and extremely helpful - without his help the holiday wouldn't have been a possibility for us.
The onsite restaurant has very friendly staff and beautiful food, i think we ate there 5 evenings!

Luis the owner is lovely and extremely helpful - without his help the holiday wouldn't have been a possibility for us.

Excelente retiro familiar
A casa, piscina e jardim correspondeu a 100% ao que anunciava e ao que pretendíamos. Apoio de 5 estrelas por parte do gestor, Luis Dias. Foram as férias que necessitávamos co muita qualidade e sossego. Área com todas as conveniências nas redondezas. O nosso grupo familiar de 9 adultos, recomenda e pretende voltar.

It was an amazing house with all the facilities we needed for Our Family of 10. Luis was very helpfull and answered all Our questions very fast. Wonderful villa with a fantastic pool
Had a great holiday. Villa was very clean and spacious with a lovely big pool and loads of sunbeds. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but the five of us found it very easy, and inexpensive to get around by Uber. To the beach, the supermarket, to Cacilhas for the ferry to Lisbon and even to Sintra. So although the resort is quite far out of Lisbon you don't need a car.
We had a fantastic week with long days packed with sightseeing followed by lazy days, with cocktails by the pool.

Extended family get together
We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in this villa. Luis was an excellent host even arranging a birthday cake for a special birthday in our party.
The beautiful pool was the highlight for our young grandchildren and the ability of heating the pool was a big bonus.
The bbq and eating area in the garden was ideal.

Brilliant villa.
The villa is situated in the middle of 2 lovely golf courses about 35 mins drive from airport. Villa is excellent with everything you need. Luis the host is very friendly and there to help if you have any questions. We had a hire car which is handy as its about a 20- 30 min walk to the lovely beaches. The pool is fab and kids had a great time, as we were there in October we decided to get it heated. Got as high as 29 degrees with heating on well worth it. Will be recommending the place to friends and will hopefully get back sometime soon.

A Very Beautiful Property with a very Helpful Host
We Really loved our stay in this beautiful villa it was exactly what we expected from the description. Spacious, comfortable and a great location. Luis was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area and he was on hand if we needed him but not intrusive. I would recommend a car for trips to the shops and even the beach which is in walking distance but not for younger children or Elderly ones. taxi's and Uber's are easily available as an option. The beaches are beautiful and the local water sports were great fun and very reasonably priced with excellent tuition if required. Would highly recommend this villa and location it was our first time in Portugal and we will certainly be returning soon.

Fabulous accomodation
The photos do the property justice. A lovely spacious home which all our family of various ages loved, The interior was everything you could want, The exterior was magnificent with large gardens a lovely barbecue area and a superb swimming pool.

Wonderful family holiday in a beautiful villa
The property is beautifully appointed with plenty of space and different areas to chill out. The outside space is beautiful and really well kept. The table tennis table was a massive advantage as sadly it was too cold to use the pool.
It would have been useful to have more information about the surrounding area and we were not told about the information folder so only found it by accident a good few days into our stay. Also we were led to believe that we could walk to the beach. It was not possible to walk with a young child and even then it took us several days to work out how to get there without getting lost!
Other than the above it was a lovely location, beautiful house and great holiday.

Great place in great location
We had a lovely time in this villa, The place was spot on and owner was very friendly and helpful. It is located in a beautiful part of Portugal with a beautiful beach close by. Truly recommend to friends.

Large spacious villa with beautiful pool
The villa is a lovely property with plenty of space and a beautiful swimming pool. The kitchen is very well equipped and there were more than enough towels - for bathroom and pool use. We found Luis extremely kind and helpful and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had all the information we needed.
Only negative (and not related to the villa itself, but the location) is that you cannot get around without a car - it was too far to walk anywhere. So going out to a restaurant, supermarket etc. required you to drive/get a taxi which we found very expensive.

Stunning Villa perfect for what we needed
The villa was fantastic, Luis was very helpful and it was perfect for 8 of us, plenty to do and in a fantastic location (especially if you are a golfer, it is located inside the Aroeira resort complex). Would definitely recommend this Villa and we will be using again at some point!!!

We chose this villa for our family reunion; we had 9 adults and 2 kids in our party and property was big enough for all of us. Villa was very clean, had fully equipped kitchen, good quality linens and towels... Luis was very helpful and responsive to all of our requests whether it was kitchen towels and baby chair or recommendations for local restaurants/beaches. Villa is located couple kilometers from Aldi grocery store; it was pretty well stocked and had everything we could possibly need (except for fresh fish which we bought from the local fishermen at the beach). Lisbon might be 25 kilometers away but it takes about 40 minutes to 1.5 hour to get to and from depending on the time of the day (and number of roundabouts but it is a different story :)). The only negative comment we have was proximity to the beach... Villa probably truly is 600 meters from the beach (if you can fly or jump over the cliff) however it takes at least 25 minutes to walk to it (and it is if you know a shortcut!). The younger and more athletic members of our family had no problem walking/biking to and from the beach however grandparents and the baby had to be driven there considering number of stairs it takes to reach the beach and the actual distance... Other than that we really enjoyed our stay; would definitely consider coming back. Thank you, Luis, for making our vacation so memorable and issue-free!

An altogether great stay!
The villa was gorgeous and met our every need. The cleaning was good and the owners was nice and helpful. The villa was big enough for our family (we were 8) and the pool was clean and nice. The perfect villa :)
