Our stay was wonderful at Jill’s home. It is cozy, comfortable and super clean. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it had every possible amenity to prepare a full meal. This home would be perfect for a family - there were games, books, music…everything you’d need to enjoy time relaxing at home. The neighborhood is super convenient - within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Jill was a wonderful host - everything was seamless with our arrival, and she communicated with us throughout our stay when we contacted her. We will definitely stay here again!

Tulsa weekend
My daughter and I celebrated her 31st birthday in a darling bungalow in the Utica Square area. We loved our quiet street and the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. The home was comfortable and well appointed. My favorite feature was the skylight in the kitchen, which brightened the room and made me smile every time I walked in.

Cozy and Quiet
Our stay can be summed up as cozy and quiet for sure. The house has lots of space to move around! It is in a perfect location right in the middle of all of the great restaurants on 15th street and at Utica Square. Anything we needed during our stay was within 5-10 minutes. The house had everything we could possibly need including a variety of board games when the temperature fell into the single digits. I would recommend this stay for anyone traveling to or through Tulsa!

Absolutely Perfect
This property is absolutely amazingly. It could not be located in a better area ( Utica Square ). This was perfect for our family. Our daughter goes to school in Tulsa and we have already booked this property up in advance for the weekends we plan on visiting.
Jill was absolutely amazing as well. She went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and easy. The check in and out procedure was probably the easiest I’ve ever seen.

Great House in central location!
Jill is a great host! House was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a special request to stay a few extra hours past check out time. Jill was very accommodating and let us stay a little longer for no extra charge. We will definitely stay again.

Nice but needs a little attention
We have stayed before. Everything is fine but the TV system is very hard to work out and the antenna to get local tv didn’t work at all. Also, the sleeper couch is really starting to age and is uncomfortable.
But overall, great location, cute cottage.

Yorktown House in Tulsa
We used the house mostly as a place to sleep since most of our Tulsa activities were at relatives house. For that it was wonderful. If we had been trying to do much cooking beyond the basics the cookware would have been inadequate or, at best, minimal.
The sheets, towels, etc, were all clean and nice and the floors and furniture were clean/dusted. However the sofa in front of the TV is ready for a make-over or replacement.
The house is old and charming, which we loved. It is indeed "imperfect" which is part of the charm of the house. Beautiful original wood floors. The neighborhood is beautiful from early 1900's (guessing 1915-1920) and gorgeous.
Even though the house is old the modern air conditioning, thermostat, and ceiling fans made our summer-time stay very comfortable.
Jill made the check-in and check-out very easy.
Even with the negative aspects that I mentioned, the house was comfortable, fun, and well worth the daily rental fee. I would stay there again.

Cozy in a lovely neighborhood
We have two kids and we stayed 5 nights at this property. It was cozy and clean and in such a beautiful area. Everything was about 10-15 mins away and its close to some yum restaurants on Cherry Street.

Cozy Home in Midtown
We were in Tulsa so that I could have cataract surgery at St John’s. This cottage is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It has three bedrooms, but only one bath. That was not an issue for us because there are just two of us. The TV nook is very cozy and was our home base. The owner is extremely accommodating, but not intrusive. We would rent this place again in a heart beat!

Great location and very clean
In town for a golf tournament and had to find a place to stay when hotel misbooked me. All in all a very good and easy experience. Heater was a bit inconsistent as a couple times I left, came back to get out of the cold rain to a very cold house. Again, VERY clean house and very easy rental.

Nice Stay
We enjoyed our stay in the house. We were busy at a horse show for the week, so mostly just slept at the house. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are a nice size for a smaller house. Just had three people staying but plenty of room for more. Love the neighborhood and this was our second time staying in the area. Would stay here again.

Less stress = MORE
We stayed at this home for this weekend while we attended the regional volleyball tournament. Normally we would have stayed in a hotel but this was so much BETTER and more relaxing! After a very quiet nights rest we woke to birds singing in the backyard while we had coffee and breakfast. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful while being very centrally located to all that Tulsa has to offer. The home is very clean and we found everything we needed. The owner has been so helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this home enough.

Nice house in a great location!
We (my wife, daughter, dog, and I) came to Tulsa to visit some family and to have a long weekend getaway. The house was easy to find and was in a nice neighborhood full of older houses. It's a short drive to the grocery store or to nearby restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
