Close to the train station and only a short walk into town.
Clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for Splendour Festival which was easy to get to using public transport.

Location was perfect, close enough to walk to tram or shops or cinema. But on a small side road so quiet. Comfortable room, temperature and bed. I liked having access to small kitchen.

A great location - close to Beeston station and university. Easy to find and free off-road parking. Room well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Excellent location and price range. The owner is fantastic and very helpful, facilities such as having a small fridge int he room is great. Cleanliness was top notch and a very comfortable stay.

Perfect little guest house - room was compact but had everything I needed. Comfy beds, very clean, bright and sunny room.

The location was great. Easy walking distance of Beeston with shops, supermarket, restaurants and pubs. Room was comfortable, bed very comfortable. Shower hot, although a little small.
No cutlery or pots for food. Bought some paper bowls and some plastic cutlery. Car park a little tight, although no problem if only 1 or 2 cars in car park. Easier to reverse in from road. Booking.com did say it had a city view - not a problem, but from room 1, it was only a view of the car park / front of propery

the shower temperature was really high and the table legs were all wobbly.

Guest house manager was very nice. Good bathroom. I love merged tap in a sink.
Room was small but I was on some budget, so that was the compromise. Charging phones socket not by night stand.
