Had a great stay at Harbour Sea View Apartment. The host Janet was very friendly and helpful. There was a welcome food pack for us on arrival which was great. The apartment has excellent views over the harbour with sun on the terrace all the time. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the harbour bars and restaurants and a little further to the nearest beach - we loved the location of the apartment. We had a small problem with the shower heating up but this was quickly resolved. The pool and sunbed area is also very nice. We will look to rebook again.

A small bin the bathroom would be helpful.

the apartment had everything you could require. It had a real home from home atmosphere. beautifully clean and in a central position next to the harbour and lovely restaurants and bars.

Everything you could imagine wanting was already thoughtfully provided, plus more, including lots of treats, thank you! Communication was great and we genuinely felt welcomed and looked after, the apartment was very comfortable with lots of personal touches, giving a very cosy feel and with a great balcony space.

Our 4th stay here and as usual everything was perfect for our needs. Janet the owner kept in touch regularly. We will definitely be back as this apartment is our first choice if it is available when we book.

For us the location was ideal. Situated in the Old Town with sea views out over the harbour. We have been visiting Lanzarote for many years now and this is the best apartment we have stayed in.

There was very little not to like. The only think I can think of was that it would have been nice to have a second set of keys.

Wow! What an apartment and what a sea view. View from the balcony and the pool was exceptional. Nice touches from Janet with a bottle of wine and a couple of beers in the fridge to welcome us. We'll be back.

Street lighting wasn't working while we were there which made entry and exit through the gate difficult at night. Poor drainage from the shower tray- it tended to fill up.

This was our 3 rd. stay and as always everything was perfect. We have already booked for November.

What a great find, Harbour seaview apartment is. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything that you could possibly need for your Stay. The location is superb, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk. Special praise goes to Janet,the owner, who made sure that everything was ok for you. Thank you janet. Finally i would highly recommend this accommodation to anybody going to puerto Del carmen.

well presented apartment , clean with nice little touches . felt like home from home Janet had left useful information to help with the stay and the fridge supplied with beer wine juice and milk was most welcome on our arrival

Location and helpfulness of the owners was excellent

I dropped something down the couch from my insulin pen and underneath and behind cushions needs a good cleaning. That is the only bad thing everything else was brilliant
