Sticky floor, dirty sofa, bedroom were lock. Took almost 1 hour wait for the staff to give the key.

the location is good. near to all tourist attractions

the bedsheets were not changed. they stink. it was very uncomfortable. No basic complimentary services and amenities. there is not even a carpet in the living room. there is practically nothing. when reach out to the owner, they definitely don’t have manners. Not even sorry.

Comfortable accommodation and easy management

The room Key collected at the mail box. This is Good idea to avoid crowded during check in /out during this pandemic.

The pool need to booking. Maybe because the Pandemic. As holiday with family + child, the main attraction will be the swimming pool. The agent said the pool was occupied because need to booking first. "All information already include inside the booking email" she said. You must realize that not all customer read the email. During booking also already stated together with dependents. This shock information also informed to customer 2 hour before check in using WhatsApp. Should this important information inform earlier before customer goes to check in. Otherwise, NO MEANING with check in Paid RM 400++ without using any facilities inside the building. Just an idea, each customer who booked together with dependents should got 1 entrance pool ticket/day freely. Why need to booking if WALK IN also can enter. As a customer, we know how to follow the 1 hour limitation time at the pool. Instead of said cannot enter because late booked the pool. Please think & Improve.
