Ce studio climatisé avec vue sur la mer est situé dans un complexe calme et sécurisé dans la vieille ville de Puerto Del Carmen. Il dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Un grand T. V avec un système Internet gratuit T. V avec BBC, ITV, RTE etc. avec 7 jours de rattrapage, Sky Sports, BT Sport, Sky Movies, des stations de radio et bien plus encore. Et un lecteur DVD avec une sélection de DVD. L'appartement est situé à la fin et sans appartement au-dessus, cela en fait un endroit idéal pour un peu de paix et de tranquillité. Il y a deux terrasses ensoleillées et une piscine commune avec transats. Il y a de superbes vues sur le port et la mer. L'appartement a été récemment redécoré et est toujours impeccablement propre. Il possède sa propre cuisine entièrement équipée avec grille-pain, grille-pain et four micro-ondes. La salle de bain a une douche. Il possède son propre balcon avec vue sur la mer pour les repas en plein air et reçoit le soleil toute la journée. Il y a deux chaises longues sur notre terrasse. Un coffre-fort pour ranger vos objets de valeur. Nous vous fournirons un pack de bienvenue contenant du papier toilette, du thé, du café, du sucre de lait et de l'eau. Il y a aussi généralement du liquide vaisselle et du lavage à la main.

We have stayed at 2 other apartments on this complex so know it well. Good location for harbour, walking to Puerto Calero, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc. Apartment itself was clean, tidy, sun trap terrace for sunbathing / having a drink/ meal. Comfortable bed. English Tv channels. Could do with a bit of an update- sofa / shower. We used the pool. Air conditioning was troublesome for the last few days, turned itself off a few times- WhatsApped property manager who told me to reset at fuse box. It still wasn’t blowing out as cold as it should but manager said it was being serviced after we left.
We had a nice time and for the price would recommend.

This is a lovely clean quiet comfortable apartment which gets the sun most of the day and you can see the sea from the balcony. The apartment contained everything you would need including free air conditioning, good WiFi and full uk to channels including sports. We enjoyed a few drinks in the Montana Tropical Centre and ate at Mario’s a few nights which was good. There is a Spar supermarket nearby too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Martin

Just spent three weeks in this apartment, lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you need, great views over the harbour. Complex quiet and close to bars and restaurants and supermarket close by. Martin easily contactable when needed have stayed here several times before and already re-booked for later on this year

Excellent studio in a nice quiet location. 10 min walk into the port area. Everything in the room as described. Slight comms issue with Vrbo about how to access the room (via lockbox) but speedily resolved by the property manager. Overall great value. Will definitely visit again.

The property was very nice, in a quieter area of the resort. Every appliance worked and was clean, plenty of cutlery, dishes, towels, etc. Great view of the sea. Easy to check in and out.

Lovely apartment with a nice balcony over looking the sea.
The apartment its self is large enough for 2, well equipped for all your requirments. spent 9 nights here over Christmas, quiet complex but within walking distance to the harbour, restraunts and pubs, bit steep maybe for some people but taxi's are cheap to bring up the hill.
Hope to visit this lovely apartment again.

Just spent 13 days here it was very good the studio has everything you need and the aircon was appreciated. The complex is very quiet, most of the time we were the only ones lying out by the pool there are 3 good restaurants just outside the complex and the spar is only 50. Metres away the highlander restaurant in the tropical centre next to us have quiz and bingo mon wed and fri was great fun but best bookin a table as its full normally. The tv has all channels you need plus lots of films to choose from, lovely clifftop walk to calero is only 5 min from the apt we did this quite a few times takes around 45 min calero is a lovely harbour you can always get the water bus back to carmen if you are looking for a nice relaxing break i totally recommend this studio . Theres only one thing i would recommend to the owners is to get rid of the roof frame above the balcony and fit a retractable sun shade many thanks for a very enjoyable stay

My friend and I booked this apartment for a wee last minute chillout and that's exactly what we got. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Montana Tropical Centre next door was perfect for eating out and a few drinks hence we only ventured into town a couple of times. Also reasonably priced spar at the corner. Would definitely book again.

Have stayed on many occasions, apartment comfortable, everything there that you need. Good to see new mattresses. However, the noise from the bar next door, Hanky Panky's is too much. The noise level has to be addressed. If you're wanting a quiet stay this is no longer the place.

We had a brilliant holiday in this little studio with lovely sea views. Martins directions were easy to follow and we were were able to get in as soon as we arrived slightly early and we thank Martin for that. The studio was very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was most welcome. The apartment is in a great location with a supermarket and restaurants with sea views a couple of minutes walk away, Mario’s was our favourite. The harbour is very picturesque also with lots of bars and restaurants. The most direct way down to the harbour is out of the back gate and down the steps. There are a lot of steps but the handrail made them easier even for us in our seventies although getting back up was more of a challenge. The studio has everything you need for a fantastic holiday but to be picky, a parasol base would have been useful. It was very hot while we were there and sometimes windy and the brolly had a habit of trying to take off so a base to secure it would have been ideal. Would thoroughly recommend.

The property was perfect for us as two pensioners. Well equipped with everything we needed. Good WiFi and full UK channels including sport, There are a host of restaurants nearby especially Hankey Pankey. Food was great and really affordable. The Old Town and Port are a short walk downhill even for us old foggies.

Everything we required. Great air con and tv with all channels , even sports. Nice sea view from sun trap balcony. . Martin, the property manager very quick to help out if he can.
We stay in this area 3 or 4 times a year and we’d definitely stay here again.

Spent a lovely week in this compact but well equipped apartment. Has everything you need and is within easy walking distance of Spar and a choice of restaurants. The excellent TV package was a big bonus in the winter as it gets dark early so we were not out and about as much. The apartment has a large sunny balcony with sunbeds and gets sun most of the day. Martin was very quick to reply to any queries and kindly allowed us a late checkout as we were on a later flight.

The studio was just as advertised and as other reviews said was exceptionally clean and tidy.
The studio is in a great location with a nice terrace (with sun beds and cushions), sea views and more importantly very comfortable beds. Thank you Martin, we had a great stay.

This is our third visit to Puerto del Carmen (old town) and we love it. Apartment gave us everything we needed for special chill out relaxation time. The owner was very prompt with any communication both at home and away. Special thank you for the check out.
