Centrally Located Newly Updated in Quite Family Oriented Cul-de-Sac
Maison de 4 chambres récemment rénovée dans un cul-de-sac tranquille pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Faites une belle randonnée à seulement 8 km au parc Palmer, à 3 km de UCCS et visitez le jardin des dieux, l’Air Force Academy, la vieille ville de Colorado et Manitou Springs, dans le centre-ville, à 15-20 minutes de route. La cuisine moderne mise à jour et grill sur notre belle nouvelle terrasse vous permettra d'avoir une expérience culinaire agréable. Le soir, vous pouvez jouer au billard, regarder un film sur Netflix ou simplement vous détendre!
La maison combine la sensation du Colorado coloré et dispose de mes propres œuvres d'art originales dans toute la maison. Chacune de nos chambres a été conçue avec soin afin d'améliorer le confort afin que chacun de nos clients puisse profiter d'une nuit de sommeil paisible et reposante. Deux de nos lits queen-size sont dotés de tout nouveaux matelas à plateau-coussin Serta innercoil, tandis que le troisième lit double dispose d'un nouveau matelas à mousse à mémoire de forme. Les matelas de lits superposés et matelas extractible sont également neufs. Profitez de notre spacieuse cour clôturée avec vue sur la montagne.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, comfortable house! The space was terrific for our extended family of 6. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table and hanging out in both living spaces. The WiFi was easy to use and the host was very helpful.

The reservation process and check in was a breeze. The house is located in a nice neighborhood. Inside the house is clean and as described. Clean rooms and well stocked kitchen. Beds are ok, but that’s just a preference. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs.

Excellent staging location
We visited many colorado springs attractions and this location was within 15 minutes or less to most of them. Fully stocked for cooking breakfast, lunch, or supper at the house. I would stay again if I were to come back to the area.

Clean house with everything you need.
We really enjoyed this house. All we had to bring was food and clothes. Even had a deck in the back yard to relax and have a few drinks. Its also a very quite neighborhood. If we come back to Colorado springs, we would reserve this house again.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the washer/dryer made it easy to do laundry, and the deck was a beautiful place to have lunch. We were delighted to see deer in the front yard twice during our stay. The neighborhood, while a bit rundown looking, did not feel unsafe. There is a park just down the street that provided a good, quick energy release for the kids. Only issue was a lack of additional toilet paper beyond what was on the roll but, as there was plenty of additional papertowels and trash bags, I believe this was simply an oversight on the part of the cleaning crew. We bought out own, no harm done.We would definitely stay at Phil's again.

Work Remotely Option
We chose this location for a 2 week work remotely option. We needed a high speed internet connection for work and it worked great. The owner has a book with all the needed information readily available, making Connecting to the WiFi super quick and easy. The dryer quit a few days into our stay and the homeowner was super responsive and got it fixed right away and was very responsive to all questions before the stay as well. Just a quick 5 minutes to Safeway, Target and Epic Mountain Gear.

Perfect for families
Our stay was perfect! We had more than enough space to sleep 9. The backyard is spacious for the kids to play catch. The pool table kept the kids and adults entertained during the evening storms. We were within 30 minutes of most of our excursions. Phil was excellent at keeping in touch and answering all questions. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home especially to families with young children!

Lovely conveniently located home
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay in this very comfortable home! Kitchen was equipped for family meals, and plenty of room to hang out. Lots of great grocery stores nearby - Whole Foods, Sprouts, Safeway and Trader Joe’s all within 15 minute drive.

This was a perfect place for our stay in Colorado Springs. I have stayed in several HomeAways and this was the best stocked house ever! We enjoyed our stay and having the space to spread out, but also join together to play board games and pool. I will definitely stay here again, when we travel to Colorado Springs.

This home is clean and beautiful, comfortable and close to everything fun to do around Colorado Springs. Neighborhood is very quiet, owner provided kitchen essentials and basics (like coffee!) and the cute back deck is perfect for enjoying the morning mountain air. Beds are very comfortable, and everyone felt like they had their own space. Living areas are well decorated and feel like home. We truly enjoyed our experience at this property, and will likely stay here again.

Great house , quiet neighborhood
My family stayed multiple nights at this house, it was our first vrbo rental. The house was in a good location. Very clean and comfortable. The house has a living room and a family room which made it great for spreading out. We have plenty of towels, bedding etc. Kitchen was well stocked. Great experience! I would definitely stay there again!
