We came in Autumn and the grounds were so beautiful they should have been a postcard

No propane for either of the fire pits. No Diet Coke 😂 the upstairs people were a little noisy

Loved the atmosphere. Although this is not on the water, it is close enough. It is a little dated in decor, but the living room furniture was new in both rooms that we were in. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and there was a lot of space. Courtesy movies available at the front desk. We would stay here again.

Really long hallways. Only one elevator. The ice machine on 1st floor is near the front desk so it made for a long walk since we were near the end.

this place was exceptional! staff was friendly, facilities were clean, pool indoor and outdoor, hot tub inside, in a quiet location but near everything you may want to do in sister bay. would definitely recommend staying here, and we will be back in the future!

We did not have breakfast and were unaware it was offered We arrived at 8 pm and left about 9:30 am. Our granddaughter used the hot tub

Roominess, cleanliness, comfotable chairs, nice balcony, plenty of sugar and creamers. Shower had a no slip floor.

Bed was pretty good. No hair shampoo, just 2 conditioners. Sleeper couch could have been better, only decaf coffee

It was close to everything. The indoor and outdoor pool. We're very nice and clean. And not to overcrowded. Sona was nice. They had a very nice lobby with game tables and plenty of nice books. They also have a craft table for the children. The first room we stayed in was very nicely updated, but upon arrival we learned we'd have to be moved to a different room. They moved our stuff before us while we were out so we can enjoy the day. Unfortunately the room they moved us too though was not updated and later we found out our first room was the only updated one in the hotel

The fact that we had to move rooms during our stay. The first room we stayed in was very nice. Then they moved us to the third floor and told us our first room is the only one in the hotel that was updated. So it definitely felt like we were downgraded. I don't think I'll be staying at this hotel again until they update all the rooms.
