there was nothing to dislike, a stunning little find. Free Wifi, Netflix, Sky, can’t wait to book again, so perfect for my mum who has mobility issues. wish our stay was longer.

Great location just off the high street. Everything you needed there. Lovely and warm, you can control thermostat for central heating so can set to your own comfort. Particularly liked bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Excellent location and on ground floor.

No instructions that we could see to work the tv and what to do with keys at the end of our stay. Had to call the landlord to work the tv. He came out immediately to sort it out. A couple of loose fittings on furniture.

Sofa bed isn't comfortable at all

Lovely and warm, great location being just a short walk into town. Comfy sofa bed.

Noise on the Saturday night from the pub on corner could be heard through the windows, the sofa bed was right in the bay window.

Very clean and in good central location (although not beachfront as mentioned in the information). Very effective heating.

A throw on the seat of the sofa hid a ripped and threadbare seat. There were only 3 kitchen chairs which were very shabby. There were no instructions for operating tv, which we found very difficult.

The location was central to Llandudno, which reduced the distances that my 82year old brother had to walk.

Lounge door hinge adrift. Could not find the handle to the grill pan.

Great location, well decorated, good size rooms. I stayed here with my wife and 3 year old. I would stay here again.

The lounge door is coming of its hinges and will not close, I noted this in reviews before booking so it is disappointing that a simple issue has not been repaired. Mattress was a little soft, but that maybe my preference for a firm mattress. A hair dryer would have been good.

1. Hard to find parking 2. Sofa bed cannot be slept on. It was sagging.one if us had to sleep on the sofa 3.There was no soap in the toilet and handwash was empty at the kitchen sink

Great location for town and the Pier. Great space, took our 3 month little girl and was plenty of room for her pram and we put the next to me crib at bottom of bed. Flat was clean and fresh.

Something little but in facilities said there was an iron but unfortunately there wasn't one and there was no toilet roll. Hallway going in to the flat had a bad small.

Location of the property was very good but the noise on the Saturday evening was awful.

The floors from the kitchen/dinning through down the hall way were dirty and in need of a good mop. The cooker needed a good clean along with some of the cooking trays. The sofa was all torn and left us with a lasting first impression. As my husband had to sleep on the sofa we needed to make up some sort of make shift bed. I did find a spare sheet and i found a blanket in another cupboard but this could not be used as it was unwashed and smelt like it had been hanging in someones kitchen it was disgusting!! Lovely bathroom but why would you have the wrong size sides to the bath which have been cut down to fit and sellotaped on??? REALLY! Freezer compartment in fridge needs defrosting as it looks like its not been done for sometime.

There's nothing we didn't like. it had everything we needed and loads of space

Apartment is as close to shops, takeaways, seafront,plenty of bars ect. I was there for a fishing competition, but missus & kids loved the shops, arcades, beach. Apartment was clean & tidy. Main enterance is abit run down. But if you want to have your own space, instead of a b&b, definately recommend. Will definately stop again next year if available.

Parking. Parking anywhere around llandudno centre is a nightmare.

Lack of kitchen utensils. The property as a whole seemed a little unloved.
