The location was very difficult to find and terrible road access. At the booking the road conditions were not clear.

Unfortunately when the Water heater is running the Trip switch is always turning off and unable to have a shower peacefully. Can’t use any electric equipment / phone charger while running the water heater. There’s an electrical system issue. Usual room facilities are not available at all.

The location is wonderful for a traveller visiting Haputale. Only few meters from the Colombo-Badulla highway. We stayed two nights and we thought the value for money was impressive and much more than we expected.. Great room, yummy food and a view for the very reasonable amount we paid. Bonus, the early morning we went to Lipton Seat we had the best ever views you could have imagined.

We liked everything. Only thing after 2 years of covid in the country, we hope that the hotel will start getting very good business commencing from 2022. All the best to the family running the business.
