Easy to find, in a great quiet location near to Banchory.
The accommodation was very comfortable and had additional items I was not expecting (tea/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper/small boxes of cereal and a couple of treats for us too)
Took a while to work out where the recycle bins were - good they were available though!

Villa was beautiful and clean. Had every utensil we could even think of needing. Beds were so comfortable. Great that there were board games and stuff for people to use.

Beautiful location. Villa had everything we needed. A little welcome pack was a nice thought.
There was a little confusion as we booked villa 27 and were allocated villa 32. So arrival and departure times varied but Yvonne kindly clarified any issues. The showerhead in the main bathroom needs tightening as it would not stay upright also the hot tap may need a new washer.

Location was lovely but needed a car as quite far out of Banchory. The villa was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony which is actually bigger than it looks in the photos.
There were a few cleaning issues that could have been easily resolved. The banister was very sticky as was the area around the door handle going out onto the balcony. With the current Covid situation we felt more care should have been taken to make sure these areas in particular were kept clean. There were also dirty marks on the wall going up the stairs which could have easily been wiped clean but weren't. One of the single duvet covers was torn along the top and there's no way that this could have been missed when making up the bed.

The villa was absolutely lovely, very comfortable, well set out and secluded.
The main sticking point for us, I would say the mattress were too soft, other than that the experience was flawless

we had a lovey stay over Hogmanay in this villa. we can’t fault it at all. it felt like a home from home with all the extra special touches added to it. it was really clean and comfortable. beautiful villa with everything we needed and not far from local amenities.
