Ideal for families with children, two swimming pools available, a short walk from the sea. Kind staff who prepared fresh fruit from their garden and water and coffee every day.

The kitchen was not very well equipped and lacked cutlery. It was not cleaned well after previous visitors.

The two pools were amazing, so quiet and relaxing. the rooms were modern and I loved that you didn’t need to keep the key in the wall to use the electric so I could charge my phone whilst I popped out! The lady on the desk was so lovely, very accommodating, told us about the markets and the coves which where amazing.

I only wish that there was a full length mirror - however that is very minor!

This is the second time we booked here, and it was just perfect! The apartments were clean and modern, with all kitchen equipment, air conditioner, large balcony where we used to have a breakfast. Also, the territory of the apartments is well maintained, it's a beautiful garden with lots of plans. Our balcony was surrounded by plants, which created cosy atmosphere and privacy. There was also enough shade in the pool area. The garden design, pool area design were amazing, it was clear that all this was made with love and great attention to the details. Pool area also has showers, and we also used them to wash off the sand when we were coming from the beach. The host is great, super helpful. She helped us to get on to the bus (talked to bus driver) and she even gave us some gift as we were returning. Every-time we had some questions, she was available in the chat ready to help.

During our stay we didn't ask for cleaning, but I think I would probably do it next time, because at some point we realised there was quite a lot of sand that we moved with our clothes from the beach. I think it was not very clear how cleaning works, if they will come on some schedule or we should ask for it.

The recptionist, Elvira sent us a "whatsapp" video explaining how to get to our room as we arrived late at night. An excellent way to show this. The apartment was lovely with good air conditioning and a nice kitchen with plenty of equipment. The beds were lovely and soft with memory foam mattresses. It was just a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and to the supermarkets. Elvira was a fantastic hostess and very friendly and helpful.

Amazing, new facilities, everything was well maintained, rooms were impeccable and the staff was the best!

the property was clean, had 2 beautiful pools, and very close to the beach and numerous restaurants . Our favourite thing about the property was the friendliness of the staff ! The woman at reception provided an excellent service , and we felt that she cared about us beyond what we’d expect of a hotel manager.

pool water can be cold at times

Very spacious studio apartment, amazing staff they really went the extra mile! There are two pools and the beach is literally a 2-3 minute walk. I highly recommend, will definetly be staying here the next time I'm in mallorca!

Amazing apartments and the greatest hosts! We stayed for 3 night in Canyamel and our apartment was our highlights of the trip. The facilities are all new and very clean. We were there off-season so there was not much people around, so it was very calm. The pool is very nice and well kept. They changed our towels and were always available for anything we needed 24/7 through phone. We did not took many pics of the apartment cause honestly was just as in the pics we saw here on Booking. Would absolutely come back if around Canyamel!

The only down side perhaps was the fact that they did not offer a parking place for the car. But since it was off-season we always found some free parking around the close by streets. Other than that all good!

Swimming pool and decoration

Everything was perfect here. Newly refurbished room, great showers/bed, quiet, good views, kind staff. Highly recommended!

Nothing to dislike

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, everywhere was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic if you enjoy calmness. Lots of great walks nearby and breathtaking views. There are two pools, the foyer and gardens are tastefully decorated and colourful. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the beach.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Quite a big apartment with nice balcony, kitchen has everything we needed for cooking (only salt, pepper and oil were missing). The option of using two pools is also nice. Location is a mixed bag as it is very quiet small village on the other hand there are only a few restaurants and shops.

Beds were too soft for me.

Cons: Bedbugs. Stayed 7 nights. Got bitten on my arm the first night, trunk the second night, neck, legs, and feet the third and fourth night. Bites showed up also on the last day. I waited 4 nights to make sure because it's a nice looking place and the managers seemed nice, but I was getting new, very itchy bites every morning when I woke up before going out for the day and had 3 more nights to go! I did not have windows or doors open at night since I use AC so could not have been mosquitos. Complained to the managers, Xisco and Laura, who said it must be mosquitos and claimed that their mattresses were new and with mattress protectors. The mattresses were neither new nor covered. They replaced the mattresses with actual new mattresses (in plastic packaging) and bedding the day of the complaint. On the 6th night, I did actually get bitten by mosquitoes outside at a restaurant during dinner. I could see the mosquitoes and could tell that my body reacted completely differently to the mosquito bites since they went away after a few hours, while I still have the bedbug bites from the first night 7 nights later. At check out today, I asked for a discount to my stay due to the poor experience. I have stayed in many hotels and airbnbs and have never had or made any complaints or experienced this before. Unfortunately, they denied my claims and then accused me of being the kind of guest that would go complaining without reason to save money! They further insulted me by saying I was complaining because I didn't have any money and then both started YELLING at me in front of other guests. Laura slapped her hands at me and Xisco pointed at the door and told me that was the way out. This is not how any guest should be treated. I cannot believe it! I am reporting this as a health and sanitation issue as they did not take my complaints about the bedbugs seriously. I also felt threatened. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Comfortable beds

Good location, close to the beach, good aircon, modern bathroom, very well equipped kitchen. Apartment very clean on arrival. Nice and clean swimming pools. Indoor and outdoor space is very well looked after by the owners. Outdoor BBQ.

During our two weeks stay, room was cleaned only once, Bed linen were not replaced throughout our whole stay, luckily towels and bin were replaced every two days. Room service walks in whenever they want, regardless of locked door. After a week I blocked the door with chair but cleaning lady still forced the door while we were having sex. WIFI very slow, for anything other than emails had to use our own mobile data. Sitting on the balcony is impossible because everyone around is smoking. Neighbours banging/partying almost every night. Memory foam beds, which is not my favourite. I was charged twice for tourism tax, once by booking.com and once by the owner. We will not be staying again, However I can still recommend this hotel if neighbours/human factor is not bothering you.

Friendly and professional checkin

Hotel is situated in a small place 3 min walk from beach. Rooms are very nice and clean and it is well equipped. Wifi was excellent (working 2 days without any problem) Pools outside are cleaned every day. Change of towels every 3 days, bed sheets when you ask. Hosts were nice and responded quite quickly. We were told to take out trash by ourselves , which was a bit strange , but all in all great place and would come again.

We really appreciated the possibility of a free extra bed for our six year son.

Overall we had a nice time there but the apartment is a little bit overrated. The main problem is cleanliness - during our ten day stay no one changed our sheets (towels were changed two or three times). Also, we had to buy toilet paper for refilling. It is worth mentioning about the construction site and the crane outside the window.

Everything was great. Pool was excelent,beach was 1 min walk,restaurant next the appartment was delicious and good price. Absolutely recomandable!!! Beach was great for children (ours 2y).

The apartment was nice and comfortble. Silent as well. Shower was very comfortable. Beach was very close. Free parking on the roads nearby.

There was no hand-soap in the bathroom. When I asked for it they said that i could have bought it at the supermarket. I travelled in many countries and many places and in every Hostel/apartments/whatever i always found at least a little soap. WC toilette was not very clean when we arrived, it smelled of urine, we had to clean it by ourselves cause no one was in at the reception at that time. House position was not the best for us (personal opinion) because it was in the middle of an "hotel/accomodations island"...it felt very "fake".
