Very clean, great location, very friendly staff

2 single beds pushed together, would have preferred a double for the amount of money paid

Pool was spotless as were all facilities. Access to beach was good, although they could leave the gate open a little longer- it closes at 11 (and is access controlled with key card). Room servicing was excellent and room was always clean. A nice walk to some shops bars and restaurants not on the main strip so was quiet. Would go again if we got it a little cheaper.

Breakfast good selection, but ran out of things as bowls of fruit were small and many in restaurant. It was replaced alright, but left waiting for same occosainnally. Pool was clean. Pool service not great as a lot of staff were out sick. Bar - Bar not well serviced at all, only one person serving many. Top Floor bar not open week we were there due to shortages of staff. Getting a taxi to call to the hotel not so easy at "rush hour" - 6-8pm... We asked for restaaurant recomendations at reception, and not a lot to hand to recomend - they could give no good fish restaurant recomendation locally - we found plenty..

+ Esthétiquement très joli hôtel (intérieur et extérieur) + Personnel agréable et competent + Très propre dans le moindre recoin de l’hôtel, bravo au personnel d’entretien + Superbes espaces extérieurs (piscines, jacuzzi, espaces détentes) + Proximité commerces et restaurants + Concerts tous les soirs + Tout est disponible sur place (réservation de voiture, voiture amenée sur le parking de l’hôtel, réservation d’activités) + Salle de sport, terrain de padel, mini golf, cours de yoga et autres sports + Situé idéalement proche de l’aéroport (10min), et accès facile au reste de l’île (+/- 30 min nord et sud de l’île)

- Le service au restaurant peut parfois manquer de professionnalisme (non pas que ce soit intentionnel, manque probablement d’expérience), et difficulté à s’exprimer dans une autre langue que l’espagnol. Mais ce n’est jamais vraiment un problème et leur sympathie rattrape le tout.

The kindness of the staff, the breakfast, the pools... and the whole place was great.

The junior suite i booked didn't have nice view (ocean far away and building very close) so we changed to a normal room, which is smaller but nicer and the views were nice.

The actual hotel building and facilities were excellent and the rooms we had faced the sea with amazing views. The gardens were perfectly manicured and well maintained and the location on the promenade was good.

The service provided within the hotel was more 3* than 5*. Clearly not enough waiting staff and reception was often busy with only one staff member. Restaurant offering was average and often tables were not cleared quickly. Staff tried hard but food could be like warm at times and the cooling station was only ever manned by one chef, often with large queues. The bar service around the pool was poor too with only one waiter serving all the tables. The call system didn’t work all the time. Everything about the hotel seemed to be about getting more money from guests. I was charged €4 for having ice sent to our room. Unlike other 5 star hotels no ice machines or water fountains around hotel. Management were seen first thing in the morning monitoring sunbed reservation before 10am then never again.

beautiful hotel, really spacious and clean with lots of nice touches. The staff and service were exceptional and we had a brilliant stay. there was always space by the pool and there’s direct access to the beach too. It was really peaceful and I also liked the range of free classes on offer, including yoga and Pilates. would definitely return and recommend to others.

Beautiful hotel with spacious immaculate room and private balcony. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfast buffet. Also this hotel which is short taxi ride from the airport can arrange car hire for you which I strongly recommend as unfortunately we made the mistake of booking Goldcar through Ryanair … an expensive and stressful checking in experience after which we were given a very badly scratched and dented (not to mention pretty dirty) car! Wait until you get to the hotel to hire your car.

Evening meal, buffet, was good but as some other reviews have mentioned not all of it five star quality. The smaller restaurant, which you need to book, was very good indeed with decent wine choices, pleasant service and also very reasonably priced.

Hotel staff were always willing to help with any queries before and after arrival - nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were nicely decorated, pool areas kept spotlessly clean, spa was very relaxing, breakfast fresh and varied

absolutely everything! the staff are amazing! especially Yaiza on reception. we never would usually stay in the same hotel twice but this is our second year and already want to return 2023. the staff are second to none from the moment you walk in Yaiza on reception was amazing, such a lovely genuine person. Rafa the concierge remembered us from the year before and every time you see him around the complex he brightens up your day. Samuel in the bar area went out of his way to sought out our favourite wine - overall never experienced service like this. On top of that the hotel itself is beautiful, every little detail was clearly thought about. beds always available by the pool, breakfast is out of this world nothing is missing, button by your bedside at the pool for table service, the rooms are perfect everything you need is in there. ladies do consider taking a extension to reach mirror with straighteners etc… but other than that I couldn’t fault it. we had a sea view room last time and the planes landing into Arrecife airport whilst on the balcony drinking wine was a real moment. shower is fantastic / toilet is fab too with little remote. - 5 stars from us 👍
