Condo was great. Very clean and just as described. Owner was very hospitable and had great info on restaurants and activities. We had no hot water when we arrived and Island Services, property management, was very quick to get the problem resolved.

We loved the condo and the property, there was so much to do, even on a rainy day! We loved the view, and everything was as advertised. A great relaxing stay!

Condo was very nice, clean, well stocked. Beautiful view, resort was nice. Owner Jeremy was very helpful and communicated very well. King bed very comfy. Nice that had the beach chairs to use. Resort was not super busy even though it was Easter break, could always get into the hot tub. We Would stay here again! Glad we stayed here, overall great!

Great location, beautiful view, however the Condo was not the best, we were itching not sure if there was fleas or bed bugs. The washer and dryer were dirty n smell funny!

Weather was the only issue but what are you going to do?🤷‍♂️ Instructions were great, check in was the easiest ever for VRBO, and the condo was exactly as listed. If we’re ever in SPI again, will absolutely stay here!

The condo was nice, clean and well equipped. Hosts contacted me ahead of time to advise me to pack coffee and beach towels and a few other things. They stayed in touch to make sure we got in and everything was as stated, then thanked us for staying. Great view of the beach, three minute walk. Grounds were nice, well maintained and close to the strip. Excellent stay.

This condo was amazing. It was well stocked with basic items and extremely clean. The view couldn't be beat. We overlooked three pools, tennis courts and the beautiful beach. There was never a time when the balcony was hot. We loved the afternoon shade. It is centrally located with easy access to restaurants, stores and activities. Jeremy checked with us to make sure we had everything necessary for a wonderful vacation. We can't wait to go back to this beautiful property.

The property was very clean with a wonderful view of the beach, pools and tennis courts. The owners had everything we needed to make our stay a memorable one (sports equipment and beach supplies) I would definitely recommend this property!!

Close to elevator for quick access downstairs. Comfortable beds. Great balcony view of the pools and beach. Entrance is off the main road which allows for easy in and out. Owner was very helpful and attentive!

My husband, adult son, and I recently stayed here and really enjoyed it. The view is great, the location is near everything. My son and I loved the bar by the pool. Everything was provided and it made our vacation wonderful.

Great location. Communication with owner great. Furniture comfortable. Check in easy. Been awhile since I’ve been in South Padre but will return soon. Not peak season so wasn’t packed.

Our host Jeremy was amazing—kind, gracious, and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was very clean and the furniture including the beds was very comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the ocean. All three of the pools are wonderful. If you book this unit, be sure to bring your own cleaning items, clothes washing detergent and hand soaps as well as food condiments. There are great restaurants close by such as Russos. Jeremy was so helpful in making sure everything was right and we were good to go before checking into the condo. Overall experience was great and the condo is really nice and spacious. Location is perfect with 3 pools and access right to the beach. Really couldn't ask for more and will definitely be a repeat customer.

We had the best time staying in the best condo we’ve ever stayed in at South Padre ! The view was incredible. The condo was so nice and cozy. Everything was comfortable and totally enjoyable.

My husband and I came for our anniversary…and it was exactly what we needed…the views the hot tubs the pools and the ocean…the condo was perfect size with all the amenities including washer and dryer…all I can say is we will be back …

Location and property amenities, including being steps from the beach had us sold. Jeremy is phenomenal and was so flexible when our travel plans changed and our excursions were canceled because of bad weather. Thank you for hosting our first trip since the start of the pandemic.

Very nice property. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful. Saida property is very convenient with great Beach access. Elevator broke once ( it always does ) but it was fixed by early next morning. Would stay there again

Loved staying at Jeremy’s condo.

As an essential worker, I needed a break to recharge with my family. We chose Jeremy’s condo and we definitely were NOT disappointed! Jeremy was quick to send us information as well as recommendations prior to us arriving as well as checking in on us during our stay. Balcony was a great size and allowed for perfect views of the beach and all 3 pools. Both bedrooms are of great size and plenty of seating in the living room/kitchen table. The best part for us, is we could bring our dog. We definitely would consider staying at Jeremy’s condo again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jeremy was wonderful at providing local information and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. This condo was the perfect location. Whether you're sitting on the patio soaking in the sunrise with a cup of coffee, or walking down to the water. Close enough to walk to a few shops, take evening walks on the beach, along with sunrise runs. The property is very pet friendly and has plenty to do for the entire family (tennis, swimming, shuffleboard, etc). I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed and extras such as sports gear! Our balcony was nice as it has a great view of ocean and all the pools. We will definitely return as the owner sent us advice on our stay and recommendations for dining out and activities. Great vacation!

Bathroom pictures were misleading. Overall it was comfortable and a wonderful view. Jeremy and Lisa stayed in touch with us giving us so much good information of things to do.

Except for water main break in parking lot and delayed water until 6ish it was wonderful. They fixed as fast as they could so no complaints. Wonderful location to breakfast and dinners and sunsets! We will be back for a longer stay!!

This property is amazing! It's location is steps from the beach, and our room, in fact it appears all rooms on the upper floors (I can't speak for the first two floors, since I was not in one of those rooms) have an awesome view of the Gulf, as well as a view of the bay side. From our balcony (8th floor) we could literally see both at once! Jeremy and Lisa are absolutely wonderful to deal with. They were always available if we needed something, even checked to make sure we made it there ok, and our trip was going well. (Our drive was 12+ hours). That is just above and beyond!! Unlike some listings you see, this condo is EXACTLY as it appears in the pictures, and in fact, even better in person. Security at the gate was super friendly, every time! The property has 3-4 tennis courts, and 3 pools.and the grounds are super clean. Inside: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Guest is in front by door, with 2 queens (I think) with bathtub/shower, large countertop, and a stackable washer/dryer in a separate closet. Closet by the front door is full of goodies for the younger and older kids to enjoy the beach including a beach cart! Kitchen/dining/living room are open concept and very nice. Large smart TV, 2 full size sofas, plus loveseat. Kitchen is very well equipped, just bring your food. Granite countertops including island with seating for 3-4 people. Master overlooks the balcony like the living room, and is a perfect view. Our stay was in October and our room faced ENE, giving us a great morning light, without the sun directly in our eyes. Ensuite has a double sink, large closet, with large stand-up shower. Plenty of storage if you need it. This is the first time I think I have actually unpacked my suitcase when renting a house or condo. It's that clean. Balcony is large and has 4 chairs with 2 little tables and a perfect place to relax. Jeremy sent us maps/photos of things to do on the island, where to check in (just down the street a few blocks), recommendations of places to eat, and other activities. I will be sending him my recommendations of things we enjoyed. We took them up on some of theirs recommendations, and they did not disappoint. We will definitely be back next year, and I have to say it's definitely in my top 2 vacation rental experiences ever. As far as communication, it is #1 without a doubt. Had a wonderful stay in this condo. Owner was quick to respond and everything in the condo was just as described. As this was our first time to south Padre and traveling with our elderly mother who can't walk very far, we asked for suggestions and the owner was quick to offer some great choices. He even messaged me in Saturday night to make sure all was well. I would recommend this property to anyone. I can't wait to go back there.

This is the first time I’ve used VRBO and I was not disappointed at all. This condo was so reasonably priced and had everything! It’s on the 8th floor and over looks the ocean, tennis courts and one of the 3 heated pools. From the door it takes an entire 5 minutes to get your feet in the sand. It’s easy to get to and easy to get out of. I honestly cannot say enough about this condo. When I visit South Padre again I’ll be looking to stay here.
