This is a beautiful home with great views of the bay. This is our second time in Clearwater and we decided to stay on the bay. This place will not disappoint you if you do not want to be right on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay for a week at the condo. The basics are already there as far as kitchen essentials, hand/dish soap, and beach gear including a wagon. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I saw dolphins in the harbor most days we were there from the balcony as well. The location was very convenient to the beach (short walk), restaurants, and a store. Diane was also very responsive when I had a question. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay again.

Condo was clean and very spacious. The balcony view was of the bay and we spent hours watching birds and dolphins in bay. Beach is within walking distant. Take right out on road and its just up the road. The only thing was the pool and hot tub are only open dawn to dusk so had to work around that. Final day the pool did not open until couple hours after dawn. But the condo was 5 stars.

The property is conveniently located. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo has a reserved parking space. Viewed sunrises and the annual boat parade from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable.

Wonderful sunrise view from our balcony! Lovely rooms. Spacious! Hostess, Diane, got back to me every time I had a question, We arrived a few hours early, and we could get in a few hours before actual check in! Felt at home because we had to buy toilet paper, and soap for laundry, but really, all okay. Would love to be able to stay again if we come back to Clearwater. And.....though I don't want to share this, I will say...if you go to rent a car coming to Clearwater....trust me you can get to everywhere without a car unless you are leaving Clearwater. We had five people, us, adult child with significant other, ans our 11 year old. The room set ups were great to let everyone have some privacy but still good common areas. Location was great for everyone to be able to walk to their chosen destination for the day.
Instructions for gate and door were clear and worked perfectly. I wouldn’t have even had to contact the host at all except for the fact my husband left his car keys in a nightstand and we had to ask them to mail them back to us. A very effortless stay with great location, supplies (wagon and chairs for the beach), and 100% accurate to the listing. The property was quiet while we were there- no issues with neighbors.

We loved that everything was right there within walking distance. Diane and Gordon had extra beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a wagon to take it all to the beach. We had a fabulous time. Will stay there again!

We had a great week at Clearwater Beach. Condo was well furnished, clean and in a great location. We appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs, beach towels, as well as the wagon. Location was great and we could walk almost everywhere we went. Enjoyed Sand Key Beach, just across the bridge and much less crowded than Clearwater Beach. A day at Honeymoon Island, the aquarium, paddle boarding at John’s Pass and swimming in the gulf were all highlights. Beds were comfy and we saw dolphins from the balcony. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub late in the day. We would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

About 2 blocks from the beach and a shirt distance from excursions and many more shops. Condo was spacious and furnished with pots, cookie sheets, plates, spices, soaps, and some beach items. The beach chairs were rusted, so we borrowed two from a friend in another unit. Diane was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely go back!

This was our second time staying at this condo, and once again it did not disappoint! We appreciate that the condo is well maintained and very clean. Along with being able to watch both sunrise and sunsets from balconies, we also enjoyed watching dolphins in the bay. Great unit, great location, and highly recommend!

Staying at this property was a very pleasant experience, the size and location of this place is perfect being a very short walk to the beach, the pier and shops.

The condo was super nice and elegant. The location to everything was perfect. We were in walking distance of many places. I have a disabled mother who came with me on out trip, I was able to drop her off at our location then bring the vehicle back and walk to avoid the parking prices.

Let’s start with the condo is simply amazing and the hosts are awesome. Treated us very well and communication was above expectations. The bad part was we had to leave two days into nine day stay due to Hurricane Ion. The owners were very good but VRBO sucks!!! Refused to reimburse us there fee even though we were essentially kicked out of condo by the Town. I am still fighting with VRBO over this

Huge condo with plenty of space for our family. Beautiful views of the harbor and we saw the dolphins every day. There is a great view of the beach from the front of the condo also. Perfect location, we walked everywhere. We had a great time.

Awesome Stay
We celebrated our one year anniversary with our friends and we picked the perfect condo to do it in! The condo is the perfect size for four people and had everything you needed for a week. We spent most of our time on the patio playing cards or watching some dolphins come into the harbor. The condo is located close to a lot of restaurants and bars and all within walking distance. The owners were top notch in answering any questions we had and super nice. We highly recommend this condo and definitely will be back for our second anniversary!

Great Place
I have nothing negative to say about the property. Unit was large and spacious with a great balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to use for the week. Beach was very short walk, provided beach toys for the kids. Great experience, this is Deff our go to place now.
