This is a great homey location, perfect for a visit for family Thanksgiving. Great location with all necessities literally right outside the community. Joe is an awesome host. Thanks for making us feel at home!

My family and I rented this property to take my dad back to his hometown for his 75th birthday. Unfortunately, the night before our stay my son had to go to the ER. Joe worked with us so that my family was still able to stay in my absence. We had a misunderstanding about visitors, completely my fault, but Joe was so nice about it and we were able to come up with a compromise. I am so grateful that my dad had a wonderful experience and that Joe was so understanding. Highly recommend this property!

Awesome
This is our family second time staying at the property. It works out well for our huge family. The house is always clean and the kids love the in home move theater, pool table, along with backyard playing. We will definitely be returning again.

Unfortunately, not handicap accessible due to home owners living in the house.
Lessened learned to find out that the homeowners live in the house. It was a nice house BUT unfortunately, my friend, due to his health, ended up in a wheelchair the weekend we rented the house. Since the home owners lives in the house, the master bedroom and master bathroom was not available for my wheelchair friend. We had to carry him up and down the stairs both nights which was not easy. Some of the beds are hard, the top sheets were not on the beds, the pillows were kinda old and not fluffy anymore, the shower head didn't work very well in one bathroom. Not sure about the other bathroom. The house could use a little fixing up. The bathroom vanity missing a panel, little minor holes in the drywall and the front door security door lock was broke. The theater room and game room was very nice. The patios were nice and relaxing to hang out in the evenings. It's on a culdesac so you don't have to worry about noisy vehicles. It's a nice neighborhood also.

Great Place!
We really enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet cul-de-sac. There was plenty of room and the host was very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. Really enjoyed playing pool and it had a great yard. Would definitely recommend!

Property Looked Just As It Was Listed. A Beautiful Spacious Home, Loved The Location. Was Equipped With Just About Something For Everyone To Enjoy & Engage In. We Just Didn't Have The Time To Enjoy Everything.

Houston property was perfect!
12 of us stayed I. This home in preparation for a wedding. It was perfect! The host was gracious and prompt too.

Must Do Again
Probably the best experience we have ever had with an Air B&B. Booking was easy and very pleasant thank you Jessica for always working with us. Hit bad weather on the way there owner was very kind and understanding of us being a little late. Joe was amazing from the walk threw to the day of check out. The house!!! Pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful inside and out. Very accommodating and spacious. Will most definitely be staying here again. 5 out of 5. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great place for multiple families
The property is as advertised and is very spacious. We went with three families (6 adults and 2 children total) and had plenty of room to spread out and play games, have conversations, etc. without being on top of each other.. All communication and the check in and out process were very easy and accommodating. It was rainy. so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit. The house is very close to a suburban shopping area with stores and food.

Home away from home
The house was gorgeous all the way around. It was located close to a majority of stores. Joe was easy to work with, checkin and checkout was smooth! The kids loved the theater room and all the board games that were available to use. The availability of the gas grill and bbq smoker was also a plus! Enjoyed family time
Enjoyed our stay with my kids & grandkids under one roof! Our adult kids have moved away from home. My Son moved to San Antonio my Youngest daughter to Baytown. This is a great way to come together & spend time as a family again. While everyone enjoying their own liking. The home was roomy enough for my 3-month grandbaby to have quiet time in one of 4 bedrooms. We relaxed in the media room with grandkids, while the guys played pool & the girls enjoyed the outdoor balcony while catching up. Felt like we were still close enough to feel the warmth of family. The back yard was very nice & spacious while younger grandkids on swings older grandkids played football & adults enjoyed eating breakfast outside at the same time while keeping an eye on kids. At night we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit reminiscing on old memories & making new ones. I would definitely want to revisit this home.

Impact 2019
The house is very-well kept, very comfortable and relaxing, in a quiet neighborhood. It has 2.5 baths and 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have an additional twin bed for additional people. Overall the house has a cozy home feeling. If the house is available next year at this time, we would like to rent it again.

Best place to stay...in Houston
This was the best decision we have ever made..it was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. And the property owner was so awesome . Joe called us a couple of days before our trip and made sure we had a ride from airport to the property and offered to pick us up. His hospitality and his personality won us over as well as his daughter. He really made us feel like family and not just guest. The house was nice from the beds they were comfortable and we really enjoyed the game room and the theater room. Very beautiful home. We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Houston...

Great spot for family get aways!
We very much enjoyed staying in this home. It is a beautiful space that has been well cared for and as renters we felt well cared for by the owner, Joe. We liked that he was concerned that we have an enjoyable experience in his home. There was so much room in this house for us to unwind and plenty of toys and space for our young grandchildren. The location was perfect with lots of stores close by and the access to the freeway made our trips into the city easy. We would highly recommend this property to others! Thank you Joe!

This home was exactly what we needed for our special occasion.
We were embarking on the Houston area for our middle granddaughter's high school graduation, our family had not been together under one roof for almost five years. This home gave us the privacy each family unit needed. The owner was there to greet us and made us feel so welcome, he checked on us to make sure we had what we needed and offered assistance. The home was very relaxing and spacious with tons of amenities like the open layout of the kitchen and den which allowed us to prepare meals and keep the kids in eye view. The amenities were as advertsed and were so much more than we imagined. Our favorite area was the backyard, where we had access to cook on the grill, a play area for the kids, covered patios, ambience and breezeway relaxation. We will definitively book this home again.

Everything was perfect
My family and me came down for my aunts funeral so it was a last minute decision for us. We were pleased with all the space we had and Joe was really happy and friendly towards us. Everything was explained to us and we were amazed at how well everything was prepared for us. We will definitely recommend this for future trips for us.

Everyone absolutely enjoyed our stay!
We had a total 12 in our group and we could not have been happier. There was so much space and the entire group enjoyed the stay. We especially enjoyed the pool table/ping pong table. Would definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owner was so friendly and helpful! He even gave recommendations for good restaurants and places to shop. He answered all of my texts and questions very promptly. He made us feel very welcome!

Great Place to Stay
Very clean house, that was reasonably close to all our planned destinations. Just a couple of blocks from freeway access, a giant Walmart and other shopping destinationsi. Neighborhood was quiet and the owner attentive. When we go back to Houston, the kids will want to do this one again.
