Very Bright, Spacious Home Just Minutes From Beaches, Parks, Museums, And More!
Spacieuse maison de 6 chambres et 4 salles de bain située à Lago Mar ~ à quelques minutes de Sandbridge Beach et Virginia Beach. Lago Mar est un beau quartier de Virginia Beach, en Virginie, connu pour son emplacement près de la section rurale SE de la ville, avec de grands terrains, de larges rues et des propriétés boisées. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de grands lieux de loisirs et de divertissement en plein air, notamment Sandbridge Beach, Back Bay Wildlife, des fermes et des étals de légumes, VA Marine Science Museum et Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
Notre belle maison de 2 étages a des planchers de bois franc dans le salon et la salle à manger, ainsi que des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et les salles de bains. Le plan d'étage ouvert offre de nombreux sièges pour les réunions de famille. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une cuisinière à gaz, une cafetière K Cup et un four double. Les chambres 1 et 2 sont situées au premier étage. Le salon a un canapé-lit gigogne. La chambre 3 dispose d'un combo lits jumeaux / gigogne et est la plus grande chambre avec un canapé et une télévision. La chambre 4 a un lit queen. La chambre 5 a un lit queen et une salle de bain privée. La chambre 6 est le maître avec un roi.
Il y a un barbecue à gaz et une table / chaises de patio et un coin salon situé sur la grande terrasse. Nous avons installé un filet de volley-ball et une table de ping-pong dans le garage. Granddaughter had a softball World Series tournament in Virginia Beach. So we came down to watch that and enjoy the beach. The house had enough room for everyone. We enjoyed it the ping-pong table, the bikes, all in all it was a Great week. Everything was within a 3 to 7 mile area. Well worth it.

There were 12 of us and a 1.5 year old. We had an amazing time in Virginia Beach which was made possible by the incredible home we stayed in. Everything was provided which made it very convenient from making meals, to playing volleyball or ping pong, to finally lounging/relaxing on the deck. The host thought of everything and was an absolute joy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much from my family to yours!

There were 10 of us gathered together to celebrate sheriff Ken Stolle’s retirement. This lovely home easily accommodated us. Best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you!

The property is located in a neighborhood. Very nice and safe area to take a run . It was conveniently located halfway between the more commercial Virginia Beach area and quieter Sandbridge beach. We were there for a family wedding . We drove to most of our destinations within ten minutes. The house was well stocked and it was great having so many bathrooms for everyone to get ready simultaneously. The deck was lovely and the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies , spices and condiments. Don’t bring mustard because there was plenty. It was great to have room to cook and gather to save money on meals out. Also everyone has plenty of space to decompress. Don’t bring beach supplies because they are all there along with some bikes! Convenient to shopping and any needs you can think of. We kept saying “Cheryl left us this and that “ pictures are completely accurate .

We had a group of 4 siblings and their families and this was perfect for all of us with ample room for personal space as well as great common areas! The house is very clean, well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located as well, both for those interested in the beach (and those who aren't).

We stayed here for a yearly family vacation. This rental property was amazing and had more than enough room for 10 adults and 3 children. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had and immediately addressed them.

The house had plenty of room for all of us. It is family friendly. When we arrived it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and all cooking essentials. The deck and yard are very spacious. There was also everything you would need for the beach. It is a great location close to not only the Virginia Beach boardwalk but local family beaches as well. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful location.

This house is in a great location and neighborhood! Beautiful home inside and out. 20 minutes from the VA beachfront, 8 minutes from Sandbridge beach. 10 minutes from water park, aquarium. Many shopping centers and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Volleyball net set up in backyard, corn hole boards, bikes, ping pong table. We would highly recommend!

The Zelle’s home is beautiful and comfortable! We were a group of 12 (6 Couples) and at no point during our family gathering did we feel uncomfortable! The home is decorated beautifully and comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. Communication with Cheryl was always easy and I felt as if we would’ve needed her for anything she would’ve been there. As I mentioned the home has everything and it is beautifully maintained / managed so there was no reason for me to contact her during our stay.

Cheryl’s property was exactly as listed and worked perfectly for our annual reunion trip with 4 families. It’s 10 minutes for Sandbridge beach which we loved. Cheryl was a great host.

My wife and I have not been together with all 4 daughters and their families and loved ones at the same time since Pre-Covid It was important that we rented the right place for us. This home and property checked all the boxes. It was close to all that Virginia Beach had to offer but not too close. The property was large enough that everyone had their own space but intimate when you wanted it to be. It had all of the amenities and then some. Overall, it was perfect and we were able to create so many wonderful memories that we’ll take with us for a lifetime. We collectively did not want it to end. Sibling Weekend at Virginia Beach
This is an idea property for family gatherings. Plenty of room, well laid out, and plenty to do. The location is a quick 10 minute drive to the beach which we enjoyed all three days we were there. Would definitely consider this property for future visits to Virginia Beach.

Excellent Family Beach Vacation
The property was well maintained and was very comfortable. Plenty of amenities were available all through out the house to include a garage full of outdoor activity items and games for our 7 years of age and younger kids. The host provided constant communication throughout the process and provided contact numbers if anything was needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Guests impressed with kindness of hostess!
My aunts and uncles stayed at this property during our family reunion, which was very nearby the house where the rest of us were staying. This home worked perfectly for them, especially having two bedrooms on the first floor for those with limited mobility. They were able to spread out, but there was plenty of room in the common spaces to be together. They said over and over how kind Cheryl was, and how nice the information was that she left for them. They were very happy the entire time!

Great Property
We had a great time in VA Beach and we loved this property. We had 9 people; 4 adults and 5 kids, we didn’t feel like we were in each others way all the time.
The master bed and bath were huge and fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed for meals. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the linens were clean and well maintained.
The kids loved having the ping pong table in the garage.
The only thing I would have changed is the security system chiming in the master bedroom every time a door was opened.

Great House for Kids!
We picked this property for our family reunion with our kids and grandkids, and it was a hit! Besides being an easy drive to the beach, the adults enjoyed the spacious indoors and the grands loved the big fenced yard to run around and play in. Quiet Bosch dishwasher, picnic table outside, lots of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys were all a plus. Very happy with everything and would return in the future!

Our stay was AWESOME and the property was GORGEOUS. Beautifully manicured laws, quiet neighborhood and absolutely beautiful and spacious property. This place was just perfect for all our family to stay at while visiting the new grand baby in the area. There was a downstairs bedroom and bath for the great grandma with her walker and plenty of bedrooms And baths for everyone. The large dining room seated us all and the kitchen table was great for games. The volleyball court in the yard was perfect ( one of our party played college volleyball) while those that didn’tplay could hold the baby and watch while sitting on the spacious deck. They enjoyed playing ping pong as well. Thanks for the perfect accommodations!

Great place to stay while visiting family
This place was just perfect for all our family to stay at while visiting the new grand baby in the area. This was a couple Vacation that we do every year.
This property is absolutely! Amazing.... this was our second time staying at this property. Our first experience was wonderful this place was everything one could ever imagine clean decorative, beautiful plants inside as well as outside the landscape was well maintained and the neighborhood was just gorgeous. I mean every house in the neighborhood was absolutely! Amazing. The owner was very pleasant as we got to meet her this time. You could never go wrong staying at this beautiful property. However, this time when we were there it wasn't cleaned well, and there were little things that needed some attention.; ants were inkitchen area, mater toilet seat was broken and the blasters rallings were very dirty, floors and carpet needed cleaned better. Also we ended up having to buy toilet paper as their wasn't extra left in bathrooms. Note their were 5 women and 5 men that stayed at this property. But with that being said. We would continue to make this our property our #1 place to stay. Thanks to the Zell family for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Mini Vacation
We chose Va Beach as a quick getaway with some of our close friends. This home was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, spacious and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The owners were great and responsive and I would recommend this home to any of my family and friends.

Home away from home
This property was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The kitchen was stocked with every imaginable dish utensil and appliance you can imagine. Everything was convenient to make our stay enjoyable. The backyard with the volleyball net made for some fun times with the younger persons in our group! The added bonus was the backyard deck which we weren’t expecting. Complete with a grill dining table and conversation set made sitting outside quite enjoyable. The house is located in a very quiet, upscale neighborhood and very well manicured. The location was a 10 to 15 minute drive from the local beach, the aquarium, and water sport activities. The owners were very attentive to our needs and promptly replied to our inquiries and make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible! Would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Virginia Beach area!

Very Beautiful Home
Really enjoy the stay at this large and beautiful home. If you need to sleep 8 to 12 people this is the place you want. There is plenty of nearby shopping and the beach is just a 12 minutes ride away.

Amazing Family Vacation
This property was perfect for our family beach vacation. It comfortably housed 7 adults and and five children (ages 5 and under). There were enough lounging areas throughout the home where we can sit and talk and areas where others could have privacy. Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Cheryl provided several suggestions for events in the area and was extremely easy to work with. She and her husband were accommodating whenever we had questions. The beach was only 10 minutes away and very close to great shopping and restaurants. We will highly recommend this property in the future! Thanks Cheryl!

Lovely home. - Great location
Our family of 14, composed of adult children and grandchildren ranging from middle school to college age, enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We drove to closely located Sandbridge Beach several times and attended a family reunion with relatives who just happened to live on the same street. We even had a few volleyball games in the backyard. All of us agreed that good memories had been made at this comfortable home

The property was nice and as pictured. It was located in a great neighborhood minutes away from the beach and various family oriented activities. There was a walking/biking trail and plenty recreational activities for the youth. I would recommend this property to others. The owners were very nice and accommodating.
