Very good location, 3 min walking from Johanstrasse subway station. Close to Lidl, Spar and other supermarkets. There is an excellent Kebab restaurant just outside the building. Wi-Fi was good and worked all the time. Cleanliness was Ok. The shower also worked fine, there was always hot water.

The apartment was well connected by public transport to local attraction spots. It was warm, clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. It was in an nice older building with very nice hallways and entrance doors. Good communication with the property management firm - 24h assistance if needed

Little things that add up and can easily be fixed: - the wifi was terrible - loads of options & neither worked well - the fact that there were not enough utensils in the kitchen (we only had one spoon for example) - no recycling bin - they had coffee/tea machine but no coffee or tea - all the pots and pans you might need but no salt - the shower cabin leaked and there was no drain in the bathroom floor. - too many emails pre arrival - i kept thinking i forgot to fill out the forms.

The apartment is close to metro and tram stations and there are a lot of grocery shops and fast food restaurants around it. It takes about 10 minutes to get to city centre. It was very clean and fully equipped. We booked for five people so one person had to sleep on the couch but it was just as comfortable as the beds.The staff was very helpful when we had trouble opening the building door.

Not sure if it's Boooking's or the apartment's fault but I sent emails asking for a later checkout, but either never got a response or never got a straight answer.

Location was very good near a metro station and restaurants. The apartment was clean and organised.

When we checkin we noticed the shower drainage was clogged and the water entered the living room. called the hotline to get it repaired, was done swiftly though. WC tab was used in the dishwasher which was running when we checked in, and it was stinking bad and when raised the issue the team (Julia) replied saying its not possible to have WC tab so i took the picture and she said she will check with the cleaning staff and never replied back. Toilet is too small and has only cold water Clock is not working Cupboard broken very old building Wifi too weak its a 1bed converted into 2 bed by putting a bed in the living room.

It’s not near the central station, but there are a lot of transportation options nearby. The room was spacious enough. Host provides a key to the lift. Late check-ins are accepted.

The shower area is very small. The switches do not have any labels, so it is hard to distinguish if the switch is for which light or for which heater, or if it is on or off. The temperature of the water heater is difficult to set. There is no option to leave the luggages in the property after check-out time.

The shower did not drain and would fill the bathroom floor all the way into the hallway. The condition of the floors indicated that this has been happening for some time.

The location was great for it's value, close to U-Bahn station, supermarket, restaurants etc. Contactless check-in was super efficient and went by plan.

It was cold in the apartment, especially for December.

An apartment with big open spaces,with two big rooms and a little one. It was perfect for two families.In winter time it is very well heated, it was warm inside all day long.Metro station is at 5 minutes walk. I sincerly recommend it!

2 MINUTES WALK FROM THE U3 SUBWAY. MACDONALD AND KEBAB, LIDL, DRUGSTORE, MARKET AND SHOPS VERY CLOSE. CLEAN. NOT SO EXPENSIVE AS THE CITY CENTER. AUTO CHECK-IN

THE SPLIT BATHROOM, WITHOUT THE "BIDE'", BUT IS COMMON IN AUSTRIAN HOME.

1. The apartment is comfort with real Austrian style 2. Located near fast foods, supermarkets, restorants and all needed stores 3. I prefer big toilets, and this is exactly what the flat offering

1. It is really not good that you have no mobile number of the apartment owner. Everything goes via some Vienna service, and response time is quite long 2. To reach someone to help you regarding the flat, it is needed to call the support center, and if you are in the roaming condition, like my case, 1 minute call is 10€ which is really not suitable for the guests.

We had an appointment in the embassy and we were looking to find an accommodation not far from there by reasonable price. Worked well. We arrived late, and contactless check in was needed + support team was very nice and helpful.

The apartment was big and good to fit 6 people. The location was in the middle of 2 metro stops (the closest one is Johnstrase) so it was easy to commute. The kitchen was well equipped, there were a new sponge, towel, tabs for the dishwasher and a table tissue. The apartment was big.

The property is managed by a company and though the call center staff was nice and assured that they'll pass our requests to the staff on the ground nothing was done. We did not get the keys for the elevator, only one key was provided for 6 ppl, only 5 cups and only 2 rolls of toilet paper, no towel for the bathroom floor. And I've asked for all of these at the first day of our stay and as mentioned we did not receive any of these. It was quite disappointing. Moreover, the apartment was advertised as 3 bedroom apartment but in reality the bedrooms were at the same time a livingroom and a dining room. So in the apartment you are always at someone's bedroom! If I knew this, I wouldn't book it. There were bugs in the bathroom and problems with water drains.
