The entire stay was great. Everyone slept great in all of the rooms. The pool was perfect and everything in the house and pool is controlled by an iPad. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for my son's 16th birthday. The house was amazing. It was all I wanted and more. We love the ambiance and did not want to leave. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the decor was spot on. The only thing we did not like was the 4th room being in an open area like a den. Other than that, we had no issues at all. When we come back to Austin, we hope it will be available to book again. My son loved his time in the house and really enjoyed his birthday.

This property is absolutely beautiful! It was receiving compliments from myself and my friends all weekend long! It was close enough to downtown that we could get there via Uber in just over 10minutes, but it was so peaceful that you would not have assumed you were that close to downtown Austin. The pool area is surrounded by tall bamboo, so you are secluded from the neighbors. The pool itself has a water feature we could never quite figure out how to turn on, but we did enjoy the pool without it. The second floor has a balcony/patio area fitted with fans and a screen to keep out bugs. It had a hanging chair that was very comfortable to relax in. The inside of the house has quite the unique assortment of decor. It very much screamed “home in Austin” and WE LOVED IT! The kitchen came stocked with every appliance we could ever need and more. When we arrived, we found the two couches prepped with bed sheets since we were a larger party of 8. We had plenty of room throughout the house, the most comfortable beds, and the shower set ups were fantastic. Overall a 10/10 experience. If I ever have a need to stay in Austin again, this will be the top of my list!

We had a great time staying here. The backyard was set up perfectly. The pool and hot tub made it really difficult to ever leave the property.
The inside was very modern and setup nicely. I would say the ideal number of people to stay here comfortably would be 6-8 people.
The location was ideal. We were a 5-10 min Uber ride away from anything we wanted. I highly recommend anyone coming to Austin to try this place out!

We were absolutely thrilled with the property. It was well stocked especially the kitchen. We loved the whimsical art and 4 charming areas to gather as a group. Will definitely rent this property again!!

We stayed in this property for 5 days. The property was exactly as advertised and our visit exceeded our expectations. I brought my 8-year old daughter and she loved the pool and slide and hot tub. The owners have done a wonderful job with the pool and backyard. We cannot say enough about. My daughter only wanted to swim and do nothing else, not even our planned outings.
We had a few routine questions during our stay and Jonathan answered almost immediately.
The property was very clean and very well appointed. Exceeded expectations.
Finally, the check-in and check-out process was very easy. Couldn't be easier. Hassle free and the check-out time of 12:00 pm was appreciated.
Overall an outstanding property and we hope to be back.

House was clean and accommodated my family well. We really enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and pool. We are so happy we decided to rent this VRBO instead of stay at a hotel.

Wow! We thought this place was going to be great, but it was even better than we expected. Immaculately clean, very cool modern decor with a peacock theme, and so many details that even after 4 days there, we were still not using new cool details. The private pool with its sloped beach entry was best of all. The cavelike hot tub heats up almost instantly and so many great places to enjoy sitting half in the cool pool and half in the hot tub. The eclipse just happened to be visible centrally in the back courtyard. Outdoor porch on the upper level was a surprise and a delight. We had two medium-size dogs with us who enjoyed lounging with us off leash in the fenced outdoor space. Location is pretty close to downtown (10 min drive) with a good coffee shop walking distance around the corner. We will look for this VRBO again when next in Austin and highly recommend!

Overall, we had a really wonderful stay at this property. There’s plenty of room to spread out as a family, but also good communal spaces. We especially loved the pool and the balcony. The home is incredibly modern and tech-forward, which the teens loved too.
Allowing for a noon check-in was a lovely perk, so we could get a start on vacation as soon as we flew into Austin, rather than having to kill time. My one suggestion is to coordinate your departure time with the owners. Checkout was listed as noon, but the cleaning person arrived at 9am, which wasn’t at all convenient as we were packing up to leave.

This was a beautifully kept, peaceful, fully stocked property. All amenities were beyond our expectations and communication was clear an easy. We stayed for a family member’s birthday weekend and this was the perfect hang out spot!

We all really enjoyed our stay and loved cooking off in the pool. All had fun watching a number of firework shows from the upstairs patio. Nicely kept house in a convenient location with stylish accents. Super responsive host that helped make the stay painless.

Great space and layout, very comfortable and great location. Very close to shopping and eating on S.Congress. It is a “smart house” everything is run from an iPad so being somewhat tech savvy is helpful. The house instructions stated there was a manual for the iPad in the kitchen drawer, however, when I contacted the house manager of its whereabouts he said they had removed it for updating. Wasn’t the end of the world but would have been helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed from making smoothies to a full on dinner. We really enjoyed this house!

Our group of 7 really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well-stocked with every appliance you could possibly imagine. The property manager was friendly and attentive, and the owner even stopped by the first day to help orient us to the house, show us how the sound system worked, and give us some tips on things to do in the area. The pool is lovely and quite private. Note that the blinds and lights are all on timers, so might surprise you when they start doing things on their own. The house is within a 5-15 minute drive of great food, music, shopping, the airport, and outdoor activities. We had a wonderful trip thanks to having such a great home base. Thank you!

The house is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is modern and beautiful. The house is beautifully appointed and has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. The backyard and pool is amazing. There are plenty of areas to sit and enjoy as groups as well as places to get away from the rest of the family. The neighborhood is quiet and a wonderful location. You are close to everything.

This home was conveniently located near the airport (about 15 min drive) and also conveniently located to downtown Austin (about 10-15 min).
The home itself was very nice and comfortable. 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was awesome!

This place was probably one of the nicest/best vacation rentals I've stayed in in my life. I've noticed an overall drop in quality in recent years across these platforms, but this rental completely bucks the trend. For starters, the hosts are outstanding. Extremely communicative, very quick with responses, all while being not too intrusive! The houses location is great, no more than a 10 minute uber to downtown.
The house itself was very clean upon check in- and this place is big with a lot of rooms and outdoor space! Throughout our weekend there we never even came across a surface that wasn't at least dusted or wiped down. The pool area is incredible from the slide to the beach chairs, as well as the Comprehensive Sonos sound system that can play music across the whole property.
The house has all the amenities you could possibly need, from kitchen basics (coffee machine, pots and pans, nearly *any* cooking tool you'd need), to the unexpected (pool toys, lots of sunscreen from prior guests, a bidet in the master bath).
I have not one negative thing to say about our stay here, and would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Austin!
