The hotel and pool was very clean. Staff was friendly. You have an option to leave your luggage and come back for it later after checkout.

Loved the room and the view. Very clean and quiet, away from the hussle and bussle, but still only minutes away from Duval St. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that our room was right across from the elevator and housekeeping room. It was very loud in the mornings or when people were waiting for the elevator. Would have been better if our bedroom was where the living room was. That's really our only complaint.

Overall the hotel was clean and our stay was fine. We are grateful for finding umbrellas available in the lobby.

Unfortunately, the suite we were given was right in front of the elevator, which was always quite noisy. We had a full house, with one of the guest sleeping on the couch/sofa, near the front door. So poor sleep for our guest. Also, the sofa mattress was rusty, for which we had requested replacement. But nobody could do that. So the first night our guest had to sleep on the couch, instead of a decent bed. The night after we decided to request an extra blanket to cover the mattress and make the bed. Not a very pleasant experience!

Un peu loin du coeur de Key West. Il faut prendre la voiture à chaque fois qu'on veut aller se promener. le ressort fee à 25 dollars qui n'était pas annoncé par booking sauf erreur de ma part.

Huoneisto oli tosi freesi ja siisti. Ihanat kalusteet, taulut, sisustus! Sänky oli hyvä ! Kylpyhuone upea ja sieltä löytyi käsisuihku. Kiva pieni parveke. Merinäköala.Uima-allas alueella oli vesitarjoilu. (Kylmää vettä, soodaa tarjolla jääkaapissa) Siivous oli ensiluokkaista!

The property and room were immaculate. Staff was friendly and responsive. Pool was warm and inviting. High quality linens. Loved having a kitchenette with microwave, stovetop, fridge and freezer. Great view of the water from our bedroom.

It would have been nice to have a shuttle to downtown. Uber rides were about $15/each way to downtown, Mallory Square area.

Loved that it had a small kitchen and a sitting room. The bedroom was a nice size and plenty of drawers and hanging spaces to put your clothes.

Kitchen had cockroaches coming out at night and floor was dirty even after cleaning service.

Our stay here has been incredible. The staff were so accommodating when giving me a later checkout due to having a jet ski trip booked for the morning as it was cancelled the day before. The room was just amazing and we’re so pleased it’s a reasonable price to allow us to book and experience such a gorgeous part of the world. Cannot wait to return.

I’m sad to be writing in this box as our stay was just phenomenal. Only bits we would say could be improved was the shower pressure and the floor cleaning. The shower hardly had any pressure for a decent shower to get clean after the beach and the floors were really dirty and not cleaned after cleaners came in. Black residue were found on our feet.

I loved the front desk staff and the queen suite! It exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was very helpful and always friendly. I will definitely return the next time I stay in Key West.

The kitchen and living room were nice! It smelled really nice clean floors were clean!

Partial ocean view meant complete roof view of the office and lobby. No cold water? And I’m not sure if y’all could control that but was very annoying. Shower head bar was not attached at the top of it.

1- THE ROOM MATCH THE ONLINE IMAGES 2- THE ROOM WE STAYED IN HAD A DINNET, A REALLY NICE FRIDGE IM EVEN LOOKING FOR IT ONLINE FOR SOMETHING ELSE. IT HAD A COFFE MAKER, A TINY STOVE, A DISH MACHINE AND THEY GAVE YOU A SPONGE 2 DISHMACHINE TABLES, AND I TINY PALMOLIVE DISH SINK SOAP. I LIKE THIS FOR THE NIGHTS I JUST WANTED TO CHILL IN, AND IF YOU HAVE KIDS ITS GREAT. 3-I WAS SMACK RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE, 307, I HAD THE MAIN VIEW OF THE POOL AND THE OCEAN, I LOVED HAVE MORNING COFFEE ON THE BALCONY. THERE IS A CROISSANT PLACE 4 MILES DOWN, AWESOME. 4- I LIKED THAT THE BATHROOM HAD A HANDLE SHOWER FOR CLEANINESS VERSES JUST THE TOP SHOWER HEAD, IMPORTANT TO ME. 5- MOST IMPORTTANLY BUT NOT FAR FROM FRIDGE, THE LAUNDRY WASHER AND DRYER FOR FREE ON THE 4TH FLOOR. EVEN IF I HAD TO BRING QUATERS IT WAS STILL AWESOME TO HAVE. TO JUST WASH THE BEACH TOWELS AND MY GROSS RUNNING GEAR.

THE ONLY 1 THING I DID NOT LIKE, IS THE TABLE BENCH IN ROOM 307, WHEN I WOULD CROSS MY LEG TO SIT, I WOULD BANG MY KNEE ON THAT PIECE OF WOOD UNDER THE TABLE, THATS IT. IT HURT.
