It was spacious, clean & tastefully decorated. Kitchen was very well equipped. Balcony had comfortable furniture & ocean view.
The combination did not work and had to call for assistance. The door was ajar and never closed tight.

I loved the bedrooms, bathrooms , and all of the seating furniture.
There wasn’t the best view of the beach, but it was nice enough to enjoy it a bit. The shower drain also smelled like it needed to be cleaned out when I took the first shower.

The property itself was clean beyond anything we expected, it was almost like it was brand new. It was completely quiet, which was exactly what we needed. It was spacious, well stocked with supplies, and very comfortable.
The only issue was that we had problems finding the property upon arrival. This could be due to the fact that we booked only minutes before arrival, having had to leave our previously scheduled hotel. This in no way should reflect on the property itself which was immaculate and a great value! Had we been able to book a few hours in advance, the instructions would have had time to reach us.

This property was very clean and very family oriented. I will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending this place to my family and friends!

Quiet and gated

The location couldn't be better. The place was squeaky clean. The kitchen seemed to be well-stocked but we didn't use that much of it. The sofas were comfortable. Loved the view of the ocean and the unit's proximity to the beach. The TV channels were predominately in Spanish but I was this able to find English programming. There were enough towels to last for a few days. The washer and dryer worked well and so did the WiFi. We had no problem going up and down the stairs (in our mid-60's) but you should make it clear in your description that there is no elevator. We would come here again, but:
I had to wait outside of the entrance gate for an hour and a half because both codes did not work. Vacasa called the front desk and the phone just rang and rang. Now this is 4:15PM mind you. Eventually Vacasa found a maintenance man to come by and disable the gate in the open position. The icemaker was broken and apparently they knew about it because they left a bag of ice in the freezer. Unfortunately, they didn't inform us and we went a couple of days without ice until we "discovered" it. Both front and rear doors are in need of maintenance: They both stick something fierce and are hard to get open and shut. This was particularly frightening to my wife who "believed" she was locked out on the balcony while I was unloading the car. Last comment: all of the knives, both steak and regular, are useless. I've never seen such dull knives; they are almost a hazard to use because of the force necessary to cut anything.

It was close to the pool and not far a walk to the beach.
The code for the gate didn’t work. I called three numbers to find out where the office was . There was multiple light bulbs out and never got fixed . Was not told where to empty the trash and had to figure it out . In the guest book the number was of a person that had not owned the condo for over three years . There was not really any communication on the basic questions such a the ones above .

Good kitchen, balcony,location,
The Horribly uncomfortable beds, chairs. Mold in shower. Shower in one bath didn’t work at until we cleaned shower head and rehung the shower door. Pipe broke under sink. We fixed and cleaned up the flood. Ice maker did not work. Screen in master hanging so we could not open window. Could not get to extra key. Dirty pillows in living area. We cAlled and called for help. No help.
