強羅駅から徒歩数分で、施設もお洒落で綺麗でした。 温泉があり、フロントで言えば浴衣を貸してくれます。化粧落としや化粧水、乳液、洗顔料が揃っており、女性にもお勧めです！ 無料のバスタオルや歯ブラシなどアメニティも充実しており、気軽に泊まることが出来ます。

女性6人ドミトリーを利用させていただきましたが、布団の脇に乾涸びたコンタクトが落ちており掃除をしてないのかなと残念な気持ちになりました。 浴衣を想定してパジャマは持って行かなかったのですが、浴衣が部屋に用意されていなかったので、過去の口コミから有料と勘違いして外出着で寝る羽目になってしまいました。チェックイン時に浴衣貸出がある旨を教えてくれると有り難かったです。

La ubicación no es la mejor pero tampoco es mala. Esta cerca de la estación, por lo que es cómodo, pero no es la zona más bonita de Hakone. Los baños termales están un poco antiguos pero limpios

Modern, Clean place and English Friendly staff. They are located literally next to GORA Station ! They also have an elevator for people with suitcase. The onsen was really nice and relaxing, make sure to try it !

The breakfast..

It is conveniently located only a 2 minute walk from Gora station and close to a great Café and a few good restaurants! The onsen that belongs to the hotel is amazing and a great experience. I stayed in a dorm room which has spacious beds and a safe and overall is very comfortable!

Great location by Gora Station, clean, modern, not a problem with sharing showers and restrooms as it was always free, great food!

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht mehr wirklich in gutem Zustand unseres hat wirklich Jungendherbergsatmosphäre. Das Frühstück war sehr merkwürdig. Es gab für jeden einen Teller ohne Auswahlmöglichkeit und dann noch Marmelade, Saft und Müsli vom Buffet. Aber wenn man mehr Brot wollte musste man schon nach bestellen. Meinen Geschmack hat es nicht getroffen.

The lady at front desk is very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The quadruple room we stayed in is spacious and comfortable. The location is right next to the station.

The hotel itself was very nice; restaurant, onsen, and the rest of the facilities were great.

The air conditioning does not cool down to room and lets out very little air. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.

The location from Gora Station was really a minute away! We were pleasantly surprised that the cable car to the Ropeway was also a minute away. The staff at reception was very friendly, helpful and we were happy they spoke English. Our room was clean and comfortable. And we enjoyed our first experience in the onsen on site. Highly recommend!!

We were looking for accommodation that is traditional yet equipped with modern facilities. We absolutely loved how spacious our room was with a small balcony overlooking the cable car. The staff were extremely helpful and ensured that the food is catered to our needs - extremely content with the service and the food choices and ambience. Staff have done their duties beyond excellence. Onsen was great and not crowded. My kid loved the room so much that he was reluctant to leave the room. He was thrilled to wear Yukata of his size for the first time. The whole experience left us speechless and extremely grateful to the staff. I highly recommend.

My stay was too short

The staff were amazing! I stayed there on my birthday and the staff went above & beyond to make it special. They gave me chop sticks and chocolate as a gift as well as a free desert with happy birthday written on it. Truely a special stay! The room was comfy & clean with great facilities in an awesome location

外国人が多いとはいえ外国の匂いが強すぎた。 朝食がそんなにおいしくなかった。 カプセルホテルみたいな部屋の割には高かった。

The air conditioner worked well, but was very loud.

The food was delicious, staff very helpful and locations perfect. You are basically next to the station and ropeway . We had a wonderful time . Not sure why it’s only a 2 star ⭐️

Our beds were a bit hard but think it was because it was on the floor. We will definitely choose a different style next time .

部屋にトイレがついていないことをブッキングコムのサイト内で見落としていたため、現地に着いたら水道もありがなくて驚きました。サイトの表示をわかりやすくしてほしいです。

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Hakone. The facilities are very modern, and the setup is very cool with a bar/restaurant integrated into the property. The on-site onsen is tattoo friendly which was nice.

駅近で宿泊前から近隣の施設について連絡をくださるなど丁寧で、ホテルもすごく綺麗で部屋もソファーまであってすごく快適でした！

The location, right beside Gora Station. The room was clean, cozy and spacious.

The water station on 2nd floor sometimes doesn’t work for both cold and room temperature water.

Very closed to Hakone station(3mins walk through an underground passage). Staffs speak English very well without any communication issue. Room is very large and comfortable. Guest can use public bath(spring) for free.

No restaurant for dinner around.

The proximity to the train station (literally around the corner) Western style hotel, room was very big & the bathroom was nice.

- The variety in coffee (something other than filter coffee would have been great) - breakfast was not my favourite, although my boyfriend loved it (50/50) - It would have been nice to receive some tourist information on arrival. For example the popular Hakone shrine on Lake Ashi is closed off to visitors whilst we stayed.
