We were given a smaller hut than what we booked, because the option we chose on booking.com was actually not available. The smaller hut being enough for us, we accepted it, expecting to be charged the lower fee. But at first, the owner implied I am lying, and when I showed proof she put the fault on the platform. She insisted that we pay the higher prize - which we finally expected, to not ruin our stay. So if you really depend on the size of the hut, please triple check with them in advance. Looks like they don't manage their reservations too well, and they would not admit internal mistakes at all, and they don't even seek compromise in that case. The pool water was not too clean, due to lack of products I guess (many people and very hot days). The breakfast is basic, don't expect any ham, cheese, eggs, fruits or good cereals. Also the WiFi doesn't reach the huts far away from the main building too well. The huts themselves are very nice, so is the place and they even have lots of toys for the kids.

I am Australian. I travel through Argentina all the time, I never pay the 21% tax in any hotel. It’s the law. The owner did not want to recognize the law and proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t like it to leave her property immediately. As I was traveling with a child I did not want to put myself in that position as I did not want to risk ending up with no accommodation so I paid the full amount. It is also the law in Argentina to provide the guests with a receipt. As I paid her the full amount including the 21% VAT I requested for a receipt and she refused to give me proof of payment, saying I’m a foreigner and a receipt to me is not use, in fact she told me BOOKING.COM will send me one 48 hours after my check out. 1- she lied about the system as I have never received a receipt for my stay anywhere from BOOKING.COM 2- by not providing me with a receipt she ripped of the tax office, in other words she charges me taxes but she doesn’t declare them 3- she has absolutely no manners and put my children and I in a difficult situation, feeling like her hostages
