A wonderful house and a wonderful host (Adam)

Modern and stylish B&B, renovated to an exceptional standard, with well thought out interior design. The host (Adam) was super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Our bedroom was beautiful, with tea and coffee facilities, cookies and plenty of wardrobe space. The towels were very luxurious and shampoo and shower gel was provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and a variety of pillows were available. Our room at the rear of the property had a Juliet balcony, with views over the garden. The breakfast provided included cereal, toast and boiled eggs, with orange juice and tea/coffee. We would certainly stay here again.

Our 2nd visit to Havisham House, this time for 3 nights and once again it didn't disappoint. Havisham House is an exceptional B&B, Adam is a fantastic host who really cares about his guests and always on hand if you need him. The house is immaculate, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The rooms also have a coffee machine, a variety of teas and lovely biscuits. We were in Dickins room over looking the garden. The garden is amazing something different in every corner. Located in Woburn Village, there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We were going Silverstone for the Moto GP, and it was so easy to get there, we can't recommend Havisham House highly enough. We will certainly be making a return visit.

There is nothing not to like.

The place was tastefull decorated, with such attention to detail in all of the rooms! The bed was extremely comfortable, and eveyhting was sparkling clean! Adam was such a lovely and thoughtful host!

Havisham house was quirky, extremely well furnished and exceptional clean, located in the Street with numerous nice restaurants, our host was very friendly , helpful and accommodating. Beds were so comfy and everything was to a high standard. really enjoyed our stay .

Everything was excellent. There is a calm atmosphere the minute you open the door. Adam is a delightful host and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and various teas. The bed super comfy. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection.

I can think of nothing that would have added to our stay.

The whole house including the garden is decorated and dressed superbly and eclectically, and clean as a whistle. The room we stayed in was set up beautifully, we wanted for nothing. Adam is a very attentive host and really went the extra mile.

The guy in the next room to us could've snored a little more quietly!

I've stayed at Havisham House several times now, it is very comfortable and stylish accommodation, nothing is too much trouble for host Adam. It is well placed in the pretty village of Woburn close to restaurants and pubs.

The village of Woburn is small and picturesque. Havisham house is on the main street and easy to find. For those people who like exceptionally clean accommodation, this is the place for you. The property is decorated to a very high standard. All of the rooms which we saw had beautiful furniture and furnishings, nothing was worn or dated. The bathroom which we had was modern and immaculate. We slept well and felt perfectly safe in this lovely home.

What a delight. Superbly appointed room and ensuite shower room. Very stylish and spotlessly clean. Adam was a charming host and very welcoming. What more can one ask for. We wanted to visit a restaurant in Woburn and Havisham House was less than a minute walk away. There are other restaurants a few minutes’ walk away, so a good location. A visit in the summer, when the garden would be available to sit in, would be the only improvement I can think of. We will definitely be back and soon.

Havisham house was immaculate, stylish and so comfortable. Attention to detail was brilliant, down to the selection of teas in the room, the best biscuits I’ve ever had and even a packet of forget me not seeds to take home too.

Havisham House is really well located in Woburn, close to a number of lovely restaurants. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Comfortable beds and very quiet, for a good night's sleep. Adam looked after us very well during our stay.
