There was no breakfast facility

It was very noisy after midnight with the other guests talking very loud and banging the doors

Location. Walking distance to ladies markets and Mongkok and east Mongkok metro

Tiny room size for family room and sofa bed wasn’t really a sofa bed but they did put us in larger room when we asked

There was a laundromat on the bottom floor.

Terrible. The reception was unfriendly. No tourist information or maps provided. There were no facilities, no kettle, no tea/coffee, no fridge. The beds were hard. We had 2 rooms for our group, a double room & family room. The double room was tiny & had no window & was right next to the reception desk & entry/exit. We stayed in "family room" which is queen bed, single bed & fold out sofa. The sofa folded out on the floor and had large gaps in each section. We were not provided with a bottom sheet so my son attempted to sleep in his clothes. Each gap was full of dirt/crumbs. If anyone had to get up to use the toilet at night they had to climb over the person on the sofa bed. We ended up top & tailing our kids in the single bed. The bathroom is a frosted glass box in the corner, so everyone in the room can hear & see you go to the toilet. Same with the shower. The air con liquid has a pipe running onto the bathroom floor. The top of the pipe, where it meets the ceiling is Jammed up with toilet paper. The wall where the rubbish bin is covered in splattered food & drink. Behind the sofa bed was filthy & we found leftover belongings from previous guests. The sheets had rips. One of the towels had rips. The body wash & shampoo provided was a large bulk container that previous guests could have added anything into. We purchased our own. We wanted cold beer & water so kept it in a fridge we found in the hallway near our room (staff room maybe?) but it was gone the next day. We had bjeen traveling for a month so we all had large bags & once us & the bags were in the room we could not move! The "hotel" is in the 16th floor of a building with other "hotels" on all the other floors. The ground floor had 2 laundromats and a food cafe. It wasn't until the last day we thought about how dangerous this could have been if anyone of those businesses had a fire! The lifts were good.
