The property was very well room was awesome. Staff was very polite and professional. The only thing that sucked was when the fire alarm went off and woke us all up early.

Not as clean as I’m use to. The room had a horrible odor. When I complained the first day they sent someone up to spray. The smell did
Not go away. The second day they sent someone to tell me that actually all the rooms smell this way. And due to it being a holiday they could not switch my room.

Room was not as nice as the pictures but very clean , tv and wifi worked well and beds though smaller than expected where comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great.
Wasn't made aware we were not actually in the hotel so had to walk outside back and fourth to access the pool and ice machine. My wife took a bad fall injuring her hand and hip because of a uneven sidewalk in their courtyard that had no paint or signage cautioning or warning.

We had an issue with the first room given to us, it smelled of urine and the lovely gal at the reception switched us over to a new room with no problems.
Room was clean and tidy with super clean bathroom.
A tad on the noisy side being outside room.
Someone kept going out all hours of the night slamming their door.
We purchased the breakfast voucher and coffee was not included and no gluten free options

It was close to everything on the hill and across from the old casino
Everything was old. The room smelled extremely musty. The pool was closed which was 80% of the reason we went anywhere on Wednesday.

They have now after five days charged $198 to my credit card. When I called them I was told that the bed was damaged.
None of us noticed any damages while our stay otherwise we would have reported or complained if we knew before.
They didn't immediately call same day or email. Simply charged to my credit card. What is the proof they have that It was damaged by us.
I am looking for an evidence to proof that it was damaged during our stay. Why would someone damage the bed intentionally. If it is broken maybe be due to poor condition.
I need my money back right away but no response.
Very bad management, they're ripping off. Guys be careful make sure everything before you check in and out.

Bed was comfortable. Squishy but small.
The air conditioner didn’t work well. Was cooler outside. The bathroom door kept sticking could not open from inside. The curtains were ripped and not wide enough could hardly close together to have no sun come in. No microwave.

The TV was hard to figure out and then it kept coming on repeatedly after we had turned it off and gone to sleep. Very strange....

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was kept clean and was close to all our activities would totally recommend it to anyone staying the night at Niagara

Beds were comfy. To be honest. We had low expectations for this hotel. But we are already planning on staying again there next year. Staff are very friendly and helpful. To the lady that was moving the traffic along on Aug 11, 2023. You rock!!

It’s close by we have been there many times
The lady Tanya who works there as the management was rude and told me she worked 10 hours and is too tired to deal with us as she has a right to just go home. She kept rolling her eyes at us and I have a video of her walking away as we were talking to her, and she closed the door on us and told the receptionist there to talk to us. I didn’t feel comfortable there as she was speaking to us like this in front of other guests. She wasn’t showing any patience talking to us, and it was the worst experience I had at a hotel. I told her I would be writing a review and she told me to go ahead and do so. Very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to handle customers, apparently she works too many hours so she has no patience. Other hotels gave us other options to come other days when something similar happened, she just didn’t want to deal with us.

Property was very clean. Stayed in the motel area but do prefer the hotel area.
The rooms felt very damp and shower curtain was dirty with a very strong order of mildew. Carpets look very dirty. Not enough plugs in our room.

Close to Clifton Hill and all attractions
Our room was a drive up room. The weather stripping was off the door to our room so you could see the outside light under the door. There were ants in our room and the bathroom floor did look like it had been cleaned. The beds were clean and comfy

I couldn’t get parking by my room because there was a group of bikers that blocked the parking lot so the cars in the parking couldn’t leave if they wanted to.

Very dank conditions. Poor was very murky. Whole area is just a giant tourist trap. Not worth a stay. Curtains on windows didn’t close all the way. Had to hold them shut with a hair clip through the night. Had to pay for parking when there was cheaper 24hour parking around the corner

The beds are comfy, rooms are clean. The staff are very friendly. Great location. We were able to watch the fire works from our room. The breakfast was very affordable but we didn't eat there so not sure what the quality was like. Definitely recommend Remingtons next door for dinner.

The pool area was very hot but the water was a good temp. There was sandy stuff on the bottom of the pool. Not sure what it was.

Good location by the falls.
Very run down. Not worth the value. Very tiny room for the price you pay. Not enough outlets and there was a mildew smell. Also had bugs in the room.
